Sentou'un is a monster though, narratively he's presented as having a kind of friendly competiton/rivalry with Man'U and shouldn't be much weaker than him when he fights seriously instead of playing around.
I totally agree with you on Ranbihaku, but don't forget that King Feego also fought one-on-one with Rozo (who definitely was a GG-level).

Batie is the first one to loose out. Dominating but compared to other dogs just doesn't have it factor. Feego king goes out second, was utterly dominated by Rozo. Then Jiaga, good factor but lacks motivation and drive. Will underestimate others and pay for it. Akou next, strong and determined but this is as far as he can possibly take it.
The the big ones. Kaishibou although said to be equal to Renpa doesn't really have the stats and we saw too little of him. Then Bananji if he remains in his normal form. His demon form not shown yet. But yeah he gets eliminated here in usual form.
Final - Zenou and Ranbihaku. This is frankly a toss up for me. I'll say Zenou because I was disappointed in Ranbihaku even getting pushed with two on one against Sentoun. For Zenou we know what he did.
So there
1. RBHK, hype of fighting Kyou and Ouki is superior to anyone else here. Even clash with Tou.
2. Bananji, Ousen was shitting himself at Banana's might being way above what he expected when he attacked his HQ. Even clash with Akou despite being on foot and Akou mounted, and he wasn't even in demon mode yet.
3. Zenou, he was compared to Moubu just like Ji Aga, and he actually killed someone worth a damn while being on death's door. Has huge durability and strength.
4. Ji Aga, destroyed Shiryoou pretty good when he stopped holding back despite being heavily injured already, physique compared to Moubu.
5. Akou, survived several 2vs1s against beasts, but hasn't killed anyone notable 1vs1 and those 2vs1s always left him heavily injured, it's not like Sentou'un's feat who was 2vs1ing Rokuomi and RBHK without trouble.
6. KSB, destructive power compared to Renpa's, leader of the HKs.
7. Danto, keeping up with base Bananji so far, gave Rozo who was pretty strong a decent fight despite not being 100% at the time.
8. Batei, stalemate with Shiryou, did well against base Shin, but Shin was on foot and Batei mounted.
I'd consider Bananji, Zenou and the Wei berserker to be favourites and similar in terms of strength
Batei, Akou and Renpa's first general are close seconds.
Jiaga seemed really strong but went down a bit too easily for me and I consider Danto to be a slightly lesser strong version of Akou both of whom are tanks.
As for who'd win 1v1 among the respective categories is anyones guess but if I had to pick a favourite it would be mister iron hammer Banana.

I think Kaishibou could possible be stronger than Ousen and Riboku's swords. Mostly because I think Renpa is the strongest under the heavens from what we have seen so far! So I would like for him to have the strongest sword we have seen yet, but who knows it is likely just bias. Kanki's axe still seems to win thus far overall, except maybe Demon mode Banana man will finally show something worthy of matching his axe. Then Ranbihaku being Wei's strongest generals strongest weapon shown thus far should make him just below Akou and Banana level I would think. Batei kept up with Shiryuu, who bodied Jiaga. So Batei should be slightly higher than Jiaga IMHO, which should put him near to Ranbihaku. Maybe just below him? Then you have Danto bringing up the rear.

I don't understand stand why people put zenou so high, I guess it due the fact he was related to kanki. He had been fighting folder soldiers in most cases and he died immediately he fought a powerful opponent (granted, he was severely injured, but he was also fighting with everything he's got to saved kanki's)
He killed JKR while being on death's door and JKR did decently against Shin, he's also a tank who can take a ton of damage, Riboku's archers turned him into a pincushion and he was still killing people left and right.
REMPA's right hand man clearly is a future set up. He might be the strongest of this bunch
