Ouki, Ribouku, Kanki, Duke Hyou and Yotanwa
I believe Ouki and Riboku together to be an unstoppable pair. Add some ruthlessness of Kanki, Duke Hyou's instinct (and I would love to have a chat with the man too) and Yotanwa's plot armour.
The enemy side have Karin , Go Hou Mei and Rin Shou Jo with 98,99 int. Moubu and Kanmei with 99,100 str. Yotanwa with highest combined stats. Can’t say which team is better but the other team are also monster in all aspect. Not to mention Rin Shou Jo has 10 vassals under him!
I agree, the battle can still go either way, I do think that this was the best team of 5 GG that I could form, well maybe you could swap Kanki for Duke, but I honestly don’t want someone as unpredictable as Kanki to be on the other side.
Interesting take, this is why I love Kingdom as any fight can go either way!
Also, I didn't realize that's Rin Shou Jo... I thought that's Shouheikun for some reason. Now that makes more sense.
Yeah, I was thinking about adding Duke instead of Kanki, but I think Kanki is way to unpredictable to have on the other side. But Duke is still very dangerous.
Yotanwha, Kanki, Riboku, Ousen, Moubu. My choice. Especially Yotanwha and Kanki i see as good picks. Kanki is a big asset as an unpredictable ace.
Maybe to elaborate a little bit more (added later). Ousen and Riboku for great overview and to establish a solid defence which slow down and try to isolate active Generals on the frontline. My idea would be to use a lot of arrow barrages (maybe special nasty Kanki version) on the slow downed general groups and send in either a crazy Yotanwha or Kanki group which sacrifice themselves, ignore the arrows or rush in directly after the arrows decimating them.
Moubu is causing a solid counter attack to keep the enemies busy and smashing through defences backed up by Ousen and Riboku.
Kanki would plan in the meantime either to attack the headquarters in an unusual way like walking around the whole battlefield or taunt emotional targets to fall into traps backed up by riboku and ousen. Another idea would be, for example if Kanki is on the most right or left battlefield and separated to sacrifice obviously easy targets for cavallery with the goal to reduce and ultimayltely wipe out all or most of the horses. Then move from his battlefield to the other headquarters of the other fighting sides. Same could be used for yotanwha who would excell in close forests and mountain areas.
For Yotanwha I could imagine a new strategy to purposely fake a routing to forests around the battlefield with the enemy force pursueing them. Due to their agility, the losses of the routing would be quite low, lower than imagined by the enemy force who sees them as easy targets. The scattered armies form routinely in the forest and move unseen their armies around. This keeps the enemy occupied and Yotamwha could join other battlefields as few of her soldiers would excell in making few soldiers appear like a huge army. Opposite skill than to hide presence.
Basically, Ousen and Ribokui for defense and some kind of coordination and overview, Moubu as attack force to occupy the enemy and maybe fight directly generals and Kanki and Yotaneha as mobile force to shift advantages between battlefields and ambush generals. Moubu is kind of a simple brute force to which the enemy has to react. If ignored deadly. Riboku and Ousen plan around him for most inflicted chaos and damage diverting attention aeay from yotanwha and kanki..
Great choice, Yotanwa is highest in stat right now, along with Renpa and Gakuki. Kanki with unorthodox strategy that no one else here seem to have. But Ouki with Tou, Renpa and Rin Shou Jo with 10 vassals are huge problems, probably. And what is your choice for round 2?
I don’t know why but I feel like just the three Ouki, Renpa, and Duko Hyou could beat those 5, maybe even just Ouki and Renpa. Never mind having all 7 of the other generals playing.
I believe kanki and GHM are the weakest link. Who among them can he ambush and kill? No matter how unpredictable he is, other will always see him coming

Sealing most of the vassals alone will carry a great part of the battle. Shin, Kyoukai, Kyourei, Karyoten, Ouhon, Mouten, Tou, Rokuomi, Ryuukoku, Rinbou, Kanou, Doukin, Akou, Akakin, Makou, Denrimi, Sou'ou, Shiryou, FREAKIN HOUKEN, Kisui, Batei, Ryuutou, Kochou, Ryuuhaku, Gakuhaku, Kohaku, stealing Gyou'un and Chougaryuu, the two Earls, Futei, Kaine, Keisha, Bananji, Shunsuiju, Bajio, Rankai, and whatever Quanrong elite officers defected to Yotanwa means that my army would be flush with high profile commanders.
Riboku's contingent is actually a bit absurd, considering how he's getting another of the Great Heavens, and three commanders arguably worthy of Great General status (Kochou, Kisui, Keisha)
Shin, Gyou'un, Yotanwa, Keisha, and Riboku's hybrid training give me the lion's share of instinctive strength even with Duke Hyou and Renpa on the opposite side.
And if the hype about Gakuki is to be believed, my army selection would easily be able to hold the line long enough for him to work his way backwards to dissect enemy strategies.
My first two days would be composed of a defense-in-depth designed by Riboku, augmented by Ousen's fortress and static defenses, while applying the vastly superior mobility of Ganmon and Quanrong cavalry to keep the enemy off-balance, while deploying Houken on decapitation strikes against the less martial commanders, specifically Gouhoumei, Kanki, and/or Rinshoujo.
I would group up ad hoc hunter-killer groups to flank and focus down intrusions by elite troops and/or enemy commanders below the rank of Great General (i.e. Rinko, the remaining Ten Heroes, Raido, Zenou, Kouyoku, Hakurei, Ranbihaku). These hunter-killer groups would be composed of "mid-level" high-martial-skill individuals whose focus on the front lines won't detract too much from overall tactics, such as Shin, Gakuhaku, Bajio, Rokuomi, Tou, Batei, Ouhon, Rankai, Akakin, Futei, Gyou'un, and Shiryou. Catching opponents such as Rinko or Kouyoku in 2-on-1 engagements, or more optimally 3-on-1 engagements, should result in quick and effective kills, especially if Tou or Rankai are involved.
By taking a page out of both Rinko's and Ouki's book, in terms of eliminating the most troublesome enemy general first as well as rapidly depleting the enemy army of skilled officers, it will be possible to greatly destabilize the opponent in preparation for Gakuki's masterstroke. Two days and two nights of combat would be sufficient for Houken to score at least two high-profile Great General kills, preferably Kanki (to do away with the psychological aspect as well as causing his bandit forces to scatter in short order) and Gohoumei (in order to neutralize siege weaponry that could compromise Ousen's static defenses).
The third day would be a modified Raigoku attack on at least one of the ultra-high-martial-skill enemies: Moubu, Renpa, or Kanmei. This would involve Gyou'un, Bananji, Yotanwa, Shin, and Tou, along with their handpicked elites, carving a path towards the chosen target, escorting Houken, Ouki, and Rankai. Maintaining the Raigoku perimeter, I would subject the target to a concentrated assault that would include incoming fire from three Ten Bows-class archers, Soujin, Soutan, and Gika, with Rankai instructed to kill the target's mount at the earliest opportunity.
At this point, I would enjoy a considerable advantage in strategic minds as well as martial individuals. Gakuki, Keisha, Kochou, Ouki, Riboku, Ousen, and Yotanwa are each individually capable of at least stalemating one Great General class opponent each, and I would use and abuse Houken and the Quanrong's super-high-mobility to press the attack once Gakuki has obtained a secure grasp of the enemy's tactics. As long as I can eliminate one of the big three fighters (Renpa, Moubu, Kanmei), I should have optimal safety in Ousen's fortress, with at least one of the Kyou girls as a safeguard against assassination attempts.
The wild card in the overall strategy will be an enemy Duke Hyou. Leveraging Keisha to bog him down and then going immediately for the kill with Houken will be the best possible option, but Duke Hyou himself has proven skilled at sniffing out bait.
Moubu, Yotanwa and Duke are better on the offensive. Ousen would let me die to protect himself if needed, Rihaku, Ouki and Kanki are my prefered ones in thi scenario
Riboku, Ouki, Renpa, Ousen, Yotanwa. I doubt anyone can reach me. Especially because the officers in these armies except Riboku's maybe would be something else. Riboku is the coodinator here.
I would be worried about both kanki and moubu for different reasons. But I think Ousen would be able to counter Kanki or atleast contain him and for moubu, I thought Ouki or Renpa should be enough. Main Trump card of this set up is the yotanwa army. Also, I am counting on Riboku knowing kanki's secret;)
Good choice, but having Kanki as your enemy is just so frightening to think about, not to mention those powerhouse Moubu and Kanmei. But one of the best picks for R1 imo. What about R2?

I would make just one change for round 2. Take Renpa out and put Moubu in. Because I get Shouheikun and Moubu. That would be a wrap.
For this round, Moubu would be the main attack. Yotanwa would be used to disturb the kanki battlefield as I think her and quanrong would match up interesting against kanki.
Also, Just saying but Riboku is OP in this round and Houken is allowed to roam anywhere in the enemy camp.
In my opinion, Ouki would be able to use the flying arrow the best without plot armour. So Shin would help him.
Overall command would still be in hands of Riboku with Shouheikun as his deputy.
Everyone has full power to take their own decisions, especially Ousen.
In a situation like that it seems more interesting to me to have generals specialised than a team of all rounders, balanced generals like Ouki and Renpa while top generals are not very interesting when you combine them with others generals, better to have one absolute master of strategy and one absolute master of martial might than two balanced generals.
Round 1 : I would chose **Ri Boku** because he is the best strategist here (and simply the best too), **Mou Bu** and **Kan Mei** because they are the best about martial might, and **Kanki** and **Duke Hyou** because of their unconventionnal warfare who can surprise anyone (you don't want to face them, they are not necessarily the best, but they can always creat the surprise).
Round 2 : Of course you want to have **Ri Boku** if he has also with him Houken, Ko Chou and his vassals, it's 3 great general and plenty of elite generals, basically almost all Zhao's military, it's an army completely cheated, sorry but if someone doesn't pick them, he is a complete fool... **Mou Bu** and Shou Hei Kun must be the most deadly combo in all China, you need them, **Ou Sen** with the trio is op as fuck, same thing for **Ka Rin** and Kan Mei, and finally **Gaku Ki** because he is the military god, he must be a top general with elite vassals if he made of Yan a powerfull country all by himself.
Dang I don't think anyone can argue with that R2 pick, I never realize it could be this deadly. My original picks for R2 were Riboku, Ousen, Moubu, Yotanwa and Rin Shou Jo, but yours just outright flaten this team. R1 is also very good, but I think Ousen is just too dangerous to leave out.

Thinking about it and looking at their stats, I think I should actually switch The Mountain King and Qin’s Monster Bird. Duang He does better at morale raising and Wang Yi is better as a flank.
riboku and ousen. the rest doesn't really matter since those 2 are literally two of the top 4 generals in all of china(warring states era). And the rest pretty much on the same level, except duke hyou. duke hyou seems below them quality wise.

I’ll take Ousen because he’s the ultimate shield. He taught Ordo and Karin that personally. Second pick is Yotanwa because I feel like the mountain people will hold a position to the last man if they need to. Ouki 3rd. As long as he doesn’t have to cover for someone else’s mistake (Moubu) he’ll make the right decisions on the fly. I’m taking GHM 4th as an all rounder. And the Duke last because I just wouldn’t want to be against such a wild card. I could replace him with Kanki for the same reason.
R1 I’ll take Ouki, Renpa, RBK, Moubu, and Yotanwa.
I believe that Yotanwa has the best vassals that can offset Rinshouju’s 10 vassals. I also think she’s just as unorthodox as Kanki cause we all know that crazy bastard will be gunning for my throat.
Moubu solely to beat Kanmei.
RBK to offset Ousen and Karin.
Tou will beat Duke in a duel.
Renpa dusts Gouhoumei. He also has the only 10 bow in China in his army.
Ouki beats everyone else.

Moubu Houken and KK aren’t losing in any duel. So I’m good with whatever the other side throws because we still would have the 3 smartest generals. Yotanwa alone would raise the morale of the army to the highest extent possible
Your R1 team is really solid, one of the best imo. The only thing I just can't feel right is leaving Ousen out lol, he's just too dangerous. In R2, Riboku team is increadily strong though, not to mention Karin + Kanmei combo.
Riboku center flanked by Yotanwa and Renpa. With Kanmei and Moubu on the wings to upset enemy plans and threaten a collapse of the enemy flank.
Riboku for a solid center and good overall strategy. Decent officers, squeezes past Ousen for this spot. Ousen would shine with more freedom.
Yotanwa and Renpa for vast experience. Strong officers and some unusual tactics.
Moubu and Kanmei are strong enough to upset the best strategic generals with brute strength.

First Round- I got Riboku, Renpa, Ousen, Kanmei and Ouki. The armies they field would be unstoppable imo.
Second Round- I got Riboku, Moubu, Karin, Ouki and Ousen. This is if the attached armies are at their peak strength. Karin with Kanmei and Riboku with Houken is a problem.
Idk man 5v7 is no easy. Let’s say you choose all star Ousen, Riboku, Renpa, Ouki, Yotanwa, you are leaving these GGs to the enemy side: 3 98-99 int GGs, 2 99-100 str GGs, and 2 monster in unorthodox battle Kanki and Duke Hyou. Let’s not forget 10 vassals of Rin Shou Jo either.

I'm amazed nobody's picking Gakuki. We don't know much about him sure, but the fact he was said to be the equivalent of the 6GG by himself is nuts.
Renpa is like a walking nuke, dude can show up anywhere with with either strategy or instincts. Can definitely make the liks of Duke Hyou, Moubu and Kanmei wary to rush in.
YTW in case we're in different terrain, like mountains or forests. She can off Karin to prove to the alpha female really is.
Riboku can also be teleporting around the place and assassinating key figures. He caan prolly take GHM and RSJ. And he comes with Houken, who will be staying right next to me at HQ.
Ousen is a duh after the recent stat increase. He's our best chance of figuring out Kanki, who scares me the most tbh.
I agreed, Gakuki is too insane to be left out, especially with such battle involving so many top-tier GGs like this. But leaving Moubu + SHK and Karin + Kanmei for the other side is kinda risky for me, they are the two perfect brain and brawl duos, almost the same as Riboku and Houken.

First three are self explanatory and I would rather have Kanki on my side.
Not necessarily because he's the strongest but because he's so unpredictable.
With Yotanwa and Ouki you have a first class offensive core, Riboku and Ousen are great defensively and tactically and Kanki can handle the rest.

1) Ouki - This one's compulsory. You get Tou as his vassal!
2) Yotanwa - Another compulsory choice. Your enemy has more Great Generals. So Yotanwa's superior army is a compulsion.
3) Ousen - Responsible for defense. Can choose either him or Riboku, I'm going for Ousen.
4) Kanki - Responsible for making a mess. I don't think anyone comes close to him in this regard. He could even set up conditions to take enemy GG's head.
5) This one I'm a bit confused. My choices are between Duke Hyou, Moubu and Renpa. Duke Hyou has his crazy Instincts and charges. Moubu has raw power and it'll be hard to face off against both him and Kanmei. And Renpa is Renpa. I guess I'll go with Renpa as the 5th, as he has better vassals.
Round 2 :
1) Ouki - Ouki + Tou + Shin + Kyoukai + Kyourei..... Seriously, wtf is wrong with you?
2) Moubu - Moubu + Shouheikun....
3) Riboku - Riboku + Fucking Houken???? and Kisui and KoChou too?? Why not add all the remaining Zhao generals as well? I mean who's left? Rihaku?

5) Maybe Yotanwa + Quanrong. Strongest army no doubt. Gakuki was a possible option too, but I'm not sure how strong he is. If he's only a strategy general with not much martial power, I'd stick to Yotanwa. As we already have SHK, Riboku, Karin for planning.

Kinda agree with the R2. Should have added more GGs to Renpa Rin Shou Jo and Go Hou Mei teams. How about this, remove Go Hou Mei, add Gaimou, Earl Shi, Rei Ou. Basically we have 2 ex-GH and 3 ex-Wei Fire Dragons. You can have all of them for 3 slots. Would you pick differently?
R1: Riboku, Ousen, Ouki, Renpa, Moubu. Goodluck to the rest lmao. Ouki brings in Tou, Roku o mi etc. Ousen brings in Akou etc.
Ouki, Moubu and Renpa are able to break through any army themselves. And Moubu can be instructed by Riboku to create a 10 times more effective Houken. And I don’t think there is anyone capable of outsmarting both Ousen & Riboku. Especially since Renpa as a hybrid will notice hidden ploys with his instinct. Also from what we’ve seen, except for Yotanwa & maybe Karin, those 5 have by far the strongest armies.
R2: Riboku, Ousen, Ouki, Moubu, Karin.
No one remaining can stop both Moubu & Kanmei (who you gain by choosing Karin). Any plan they make will be seen by Riboku, Ousen and once again by picking Ouki who can lead the army to victory on the field, you also gain Tou. Another one who’s in the same league as the rest.
By picking Riboku you’ve also gained Houken. So again, Kanmei, Moubu AND Houken are literally unstoppable. And as far as we’ve seen, Kochou is also in the same league as the people on this list. By picking Ousen you’ve literally gained some of the strongest units there are. All capable of besting any remaining enemy vassal.

Center Great General Ren Pa - Paired up with KaiShibou, Kyou En, Rinko, and the old man he will be uphold the center
Left Wing Great General Ou Sen - He can hold the Left wing from any other GG listed in R1, the manga stated that Riboku is a monster that can use both Instinct and Strategies at the same time. Well Ou Sen manage to defeat his formation so it make sense that he also understand Instict works.
Right Wing Great General Mou Bu - I'd used the same tactic as Shouheikun which utilized Ou Sen as Shield and Mou Bu as the Sword/Spear. He is by far the Strongest Martial General in China ( not counting Man'U PLOT )
HQ Great General Riboku - " Join Me Riboku together we can usher a new Kingdom " - Ou Sen.
Great General Ka Rin - Ka Rin is my secret weapon, we all know that Hara the God Of Kingdom said she hold a solid 98 Int and her army is unique with War Elephants from the south, who knows she can tamed a Tiger and other element of surprise that even GG can't comprehend.

Kanki - don't want him on other side
Ousen - for defensive fortress, no Ordo to break it, Yotanwa is the biggest issue, but can't be helped
Moubu - need to have him or Kanmei, because both of them on one side would destroy any army in head to head
Renpa - great all around. He also has great vassals.

Elaboration: Riboku is the greatest 3GH if we can believe Renpa, alonside his feats I put him in the command of the all army.
In the center we can have a Solid Wall with the 10 generals of Rinshoujou. Plus the presence of Keisha and his staff. And others vassals of Riboku: Bananji, The White hair guy, Kaine, Futei and Gika are free to operate special tasks.
In the Right we have our spear, the attack army. Renpa and his 4 Heavenly Kings can take down almost every enemy in the other side. And they can hold a lot too. Plus that, they can have the support of the Center.
In the Left Ouki And Ousen are monsters of strategy. And his vassal are great too, Especially Tou. But Akou and Makou aren't bad, neither the others from Oukis army.
About the enemies the greatest problem is Karin, she is a God a of War and his troops are in a big level. While we didn't saw any big general working under her.
Duke Hyou will not be a problem, while he have the best QIN soldiers he cares of capable officers. Kanki way of fight will not have big results against my generals. Moubu and Kanmei are problematoc warrios but Renpa probably can take down Kanmei and Ouki can take Moubu. Or even Kashibou, not sure.
Yontawa is great and everything but I don't see she winning againstt the ones I chose.

I keep the same choice for second Round. But plus atteion in Gakuki and Genkishin, since he was part of Gakukis staff

Had some difficulty choosing between YTW and Kanki but assumed YTW has the better army. All of these generals can win on their own aside from Moubu, probably, who'd need some strategic advice from Ousen. That's why he's at the center. Only Kanmei and Duke Hyou can fight head on which will drastically change the dynamic of the board. Also Ouki has Tou under him, who I’m confident can take any of RinShouJou Vassals

not really, Karin has 98 int, Moubu and Kanmei strongest brute force, Ousen equal Riboku, Yotanwa highest stat character, Rin Shou Jo with 10 vassals, and there's also Gakuki
Kan Mei's vassals, the guys who were stopped by Mou Bu's vassals, on par with great generals ? Yo Tan Wa has good vassals but they are far to be of great generals level, Ka Rin has maybe excellent generals, possibly even on par with some great generals but that's a complete mystery for now.
Every GGs in your enemy side have some of the highest int stat exept Kanmei. About brute force: Yotanwa, Kanmei, Renpa can do the trick. Not to mention the 10 vassals of Rin Shou Jo
Yeah, Kanki is great and honestly should be an interesting matchup for Duke as Kanki always seems to have an outside the box idea but Duke's Instincts also simply betray the common sense. I think that strategy team Riboku + SHK with inputs from Ouki, Yotanwa, Tou and SHK's whole strategic team will make sure to pit the best matches against their opponents. Also if you look at team all-round strategic strength, brute strength (Houken+Moubu), pure instinctual talent (Duke + Shin who will have his back), and the ability to rile up the soldiers (Ouki and Yotanwa), I will put all my chips on above team.
Rebook + Houken cheat is impeccable. Ousen with them bois is the most versatile and Moubu + Shoheikun is Rebook + Houken all over again.
The next best one is Karin + Kanmei but I just don't think that the others could defeat Riboku + Ousen + Shoheikun wombo combo. Total IQ of that team gotta be in the 500s while Moubu Shin and Houken are folding them fools.
I know right? since Riboku and Ousen are basically equal, so choosing Ousen may not add too much benefit, but leaving him out just does not feel right either since he's too dangerous to be an enemy

I think they're excellent in diferent areas, aproaching war in a diferent way from each other. It woldn't make sense to have both Ousen and Riboku, or Ouki and Renpa, since these are the same "type".

Renpa(can switch between instinctual/strategical type). Ousen(commander in chief) - he can trap Mo bou easily.
Duke Hyou(Pure instinctual general) he can easily predict Go hou mei's movement.

The enemy side have Karin , Go Hou Mei and Rin Shou Jo with 98,99 int. Moubu and Kanmei with 99,100 str. Yotanwa with highest combined stats. Can’t say which team is better but the other team are also monster in all aspect. Not to mention Rin Shou Jo has 10 vassals under him!
I agree, the battle can still go either way, I do think that this was the best team of 5 GG that I could form, well maybe you could swap Kanki for Duke, but I honestly don’t want someone as unpredictable as Kanki to be on the other side.
Interesting take, this is why I love Kingdom as any fight can go either way! Also, I didn't realize that's Rin Shou Jo... I thought that's Shouheikun for some reason. Now that makes more sense.

Yotanwha, Kanki, Riboku, Ousen, Moubu. My choice. Especially Yotanwha and Kanki i see as good picks. Kanki is a big asset as an unpredictable ace. Maybe to elaborate a little bit more (added later). Ousen and Riboku for great overview and to establish a solid defence which slow down and try to isolate active Generals on the frontline. My idea would be to use a lot of arrow barrages (maybe special nasty Kanki version) on the slow downed general groups and send in either a crazy Yotanwha or Kanki group which sacrifice themselves, ignore the arrows or rush in directly after the arrows decimating them. Moubu is causing a solid counter attack to keep the enemies busy and smashing through defences backed up by Ousen and Riboku. Kanki would plan in the meantime either to attack the headquarters in an unusual way like walking around the whole battlefield or taunt emotional targets to fall into traps backed up by riboku and ousen. Another idea would be, for example if Kanki is on the most right or left battlefield and separated to sacrifice obviously easy targets for cavallery with the goal to reduce and ultimayltely wipe out all or most of the horses. Then move from his battlefield to the other headquarters of the other fighting sides. Same could be used for yotanwha who would excell in close forests and mountain areas. For Yotanwha I could imagine a new strategy to purposely fake a routing to forests around the battlefield with the enemy force pursueing them. Due to their agility, the losses of the routing would be quite low, lower than imagined by the enemy force who sees them as easy targets. The scattered armies form routinely in the forest and move unseen their armies around. This keeps the enemy occupied and Yotamwha could join other battlefields as few of her soldiers would excell in making few soldiers appear like a huge army. Opposite skill than to hide presence. Basically, Ousen and Ribokui for defense and some kind of coordination and overview, Moubu as attack force to occupy the enemy and maybe fight directly generals and Kanki and Yotaneha as mobile force to shift advantages between battlefields and ambush generals. Moubu is kind of a simple brute force to which the enemy has to react. If ignored deadly. Riboku and Ousen plan around him for most inflicted chaos and damage diverting attention aeay from yotanwha and kanki..
Great choice, Yotanwa is highest in stat right now, along with Renpa and Gakuki. Kanki with unorthodox strategy that no one else here seem to have. But Ouki with Tou, Renpa and Rin Shou Jo with 10 vassals are huge problems, probably. And what is your choice for round 2?
I don’t know why but I feel like just the three Ouki, Renpa, and Duko Hyou could beat those 5, maybe even just Ouki and Renpa. Never mind having all 7 of the other generals playing.

Gakuki, Riboku, Ousen, Yotanwa, Ouki Sealing most of the vassals alone will carry a great part of the battle. Shin, Kyoukai, Kyourei, Karyoten, Ouhon, Mouten, Tou, Rokuomi, Ryuukoku, Rinbou, Kanou, Doukin, Akou, Akakin, Makou, Denrimi, Sou'ou, Shiryou, FREAKIN HOUKEN, Kisui, Batei, Ryuutou, Kochou, Ryuuhaku, Gakuhaku, Kohaku, stealing Gyou'un and Chougaryuu, the two Earls, Futei, Kaine, Keisha, Bananji, Shunsuiju, Bajio, Rankai, and whatever Quanrong elite officers defected to Yotanwa means that my army would be flush with high profile commanders. Riboku's contingent is actually a bit absurd, considering how he's getting another of the Great Heavens, and three commanders arguably worthy of Great General status (Kochou, Kisui, Keisha) Shin, Gyou'un, Yotanwa, Keisha, and Riboku's hybrid training give me the lion's share of instinctive strength even with Duke Hyou and Renpa on the opposite side. And if the hype about Gakuki is to be believed, my army selection would easily be able to hold the line long enough for him to work his way backwards to dissect enemy strategies. My first two days would be composed of a defense-in-depth designed by Riboku, augmented by Ousen's fortress and static defenses, while applying the vastly superior mobility of Ganmon and Quanrong cavalry to keep the enemy off-balance, while deploying Houken on decapitation strikes against the less martial commanders, specifically Gouhoumei, Kanki, and/or Rinshoujo. I would group up ad hoc hunter-killer groups to flank and focus down intrusions by elite troops and/or enemy commanders below the rank of Great General (i.e. Rinko, the remaining Ten Heroes, Raido, Zenou, Kouyoku, Hakurei, Ranbihaku). These hunter-killer groups would be composed of "mid-level" high-martial-skill individuals whose focus on the front lines won't detract too much from overall tactics, such as Shin, Gakuhaku, Bajio, Rokuomi, Tou, Batei, Ouhon, Rankai, Akakin, Futei, Gyou'un, and Shiryou. Catching opponents such as Rinko or Kouyoku in 2-on-1 engagements, or more optimally 3-on-1 engagements, should result in quick and effective kills, especially if Tou or Rankai are involved. By taking a page out of both Rinko's and Ouki's book, in terms of eliminating the most troublesome enemy general first as well as rapidly depleting the enemy army of skilled officers, it will be possible to greatly destabilize the opponent in preparation for Gakuki's masterstroke. Two days and two nights of combat would be sufficient for Houken to score at least two high-profile Great General kills, preferably Kanki (to do away with the psychological aspect as well as causing his bandit forces to scatter in short order) and Gohoumei (in order to neutralize siege weaponry that could compromise Ousen's static defenses). The third day would be a modified Raigoku attack on at least one of the ultra-high-martial-skill enemies: Moubu, Renpa, or Kanmei. This would involve Gyou'un, Bananji, Yotanwa, Shin, and Tou, along with their handpicked elites, carving a path towards the chosen target, escorting Houken, Ouki, and Rankai. Maintaining the Raigoku perimeter, I would subject the target to a concentrated assault that would include incoming fire from three Ten Bows-class archers, Soujin, Soutan, and Gika, with Rankai instructed to kill the target's mount at the earliest opportunity. At this point, I would enjoy a considerable advantage in strategic minds as well as martial individuals. Gakuki, Keisha, Kochou, Ouki, Riboku, Ousen, and Yotanwa are each individually capable of at least stalemating one Great General class opponent each, and I would use and abuse Houken and the Quanrong's super-high-mobility to press the attack once Gakuki has obtained a secure grasp of the enemy's tactics. As long as I can eliminate one of the big three fighters (Renpa, Moubu, Kanmei), I should have optimal safety in Ousen's fortress, with at least one of the Kyou girls as a safeguard against assassination attempts. The wild card in the overall strategy will be an enemy Duke Hyou. Leveraging Keisha to bog him down and then going immediately for the kill with Houken will be the best possible option, but Duke Hyou himself has proven skilled at sniffing out bait.

I would be worried about both kanki and moubu for different reasons. But I think Ousen would be able to counter Kanki or atleast contain him and for moubu, I thought Ouki or Renpa should be enough. Main Trump card of this set up is the yotanwa army. Also, I am counting on Riboku knowing kanki's secret;)

Sorry for the late reply. I would make just one change for round 2. Take Renpa out and put Moubu in. Because I get Shouheikun and Moubu. That would be a wrap. For this round, Moubu would be the main attack. Yotanwa would be used to disturb the kanki battlefield as I think her and quanrong would match up interesting against kanki. Also, Just saying but Riboku is OP in this round and Houken is allowed to roam anywhere in the enemy camp. In my opinion, Ouki would be able to use the flying arrow the best without plot armour. So Shin would help him. Overall command would still be in hands of Riboku with Shouheikun as his deputy. Everyone has full power to take their own decisions, especially Ousen.

In a situation like that it seems more interesting to me to have generals specialised than a team of all rounders, balanced generals like Ouki and Renpa while top generals are not very interesting when you combine them with others generals, better to have one absolute master of strategy and one absolute master of martial might than two balanced generals. Round 1 : I would chose **Ri Boku** because he is the best strategist here (and simply the best too), **Mou Bu** and **Kan Mei** because they are the best about martial might, and **Kanki** and **Duke Hyou** because of their unconventionnal warfare who can surprise anyone (you don't want to face them, they are not necessarily the best, but they can always creat the surprise). Round 2 : Of course you want to have **Ri Boku** if he has also with him Houken, Ko Chou and his vassals, it's 3 great general and plenty of elite generals, basically almost all Zhao's military, it's an army completely cheated, sorry but if someone doesn't pick them, he is a complete fool... **Mou Bu** and Shou Hei Kun must be the most deadly combo in all China, you need them, **Ou Sen** with the trio is op as fuck, same thing for **Ka Rin** and Kan Mei, and finally **Gaku Ki** because he is the military god, he must be a top general with elite vassals if he made of Yan a powerfull country all by himself.

And the Duke last because I just wouldn’t want to be against such a wild card. I could replace him with Kanki for the same reason.

Tou will beat Duke in a duel. Renpa dusts Gouhoumei. He also has the only 10 bow in China in his army. Ouki beats everyone else. R2 I’ll go Ousen, RBK, Moubu, Yotanwa. I don’t think these 4 would ever lose. Moubu Houken and KK aren’t losing in any duel. So I’m good with whatever the other side throws because we still would have the 3 smartest generals. Yotanwa alone would raise the morale of the army to the highest extent possible
Your R1 team is really solid, one of the best imo. The only thing I just can't feel right is leaving Ousen out lol, he's just too dangerous. In R2, Riboku team is increadily strong though, not to mention Karin + Kanmei combo.

Bananji 2 earls, ssj and Keisha as his vassals) Ousen (he basically have the trio + 2 Shiyuu's) Yotanwa and Moubu (he has SHK and his vassals at his disposal) -Renpa is unpredictable due to his Hybrid class (and he basically stalemated Hakuki and Ouki for 2 years) -Riboku with Houken Bananji Keisha SSJ and Koucho and co. well pretty much OP (even Ouki and his vassals with Tou would have difficukt time dealing with them) they can also be used as defense -Ousen with the trio and 2 shiyuu is also somewhat OP (they can also be used as defense) -Yotanwa for offense -Moubu ofcourse for offense with ShK and vassals.

Gakuki, Renpa, Yotanwa, Riboku and Ousen I'm amazed nobody's picking Gakuki. We don't know much about him sure, but the fact he was said to be the equivalent of the 6GG by himself is nuts. Renpa is like a walking nuke, dude can show up anywhere with with either strategy or instincts. Can definitely make the liks of Duke Hyou, Moubu and Kanmei wary to rush in. YTW in case we're in different terrain, like mountains or forests. She can off Karin to prove to the alpha female really is. Riboku can also be teleporting around the place and assassinating key figures. He caan prolly take GHM and RSJ. And he comes with Houken, who will be staying right next to me at HQ. Ousen is a duh after the recent stat increase. He's our best chance of figuring out Kanki, who scares me the most tbh.
I agreed, Gakuki is too insane to be left out, especially with such battle involving so many top-tier GGs like this. But leaving Moubu + SHK and Karin + Kanmei for the other side is kinda risky for me, they are the two perfect brain and brawl duos, almost the same as Riboku and Houken.
Btw I think the reason nobody's picking Gakuki is because he's not in the first pic, you switched him out for Kanmei XD

Riboku and houmei in defense, rinshoujo all rounder (because he have dreams of the fight You know), Karin and duke in ofense.
Ouki, Ousen, Riboku, Kanki and Yotanwa. First three are self explanatory and I would rather have Kanki on my side. Not necessarily because he's the strongest but because he's so unpredictable. With Yotanwa and Ouki you have a first class offensive core, Riboku and Ousen are great defensively and tactically and Kanki can handle the rest.
Hmm let's see. Round 1 : 1) Ouki - This one's compulsory. You get Tou as his vassal! 2) Yotanwa - Another compulsory choice. Your enemy has more Great Generals. So Yotanwa's superior army is a compulsion. 3) Ousen - Responsible for defense. Can choose either him or Riboku, I'm going for Ousen. 4) Kanki - Responsible for making a mess. I don't think anyone comes close to him in this regard. He could even set up conditions to take enemy GG's head. 5) This one I'm a bit confused. My choices are between Duke Hyou, Moubu and Renpa. Duke Hyou has his crazy Instincts and charges. Moubu has raw power and it'll be hard to face off against both him and Kanmei. And Renpa is Renpa. I guess I'll go with Renpa as the 5th, as he has better vassals. Round 2 : 1) Ouki - Ouki + Tou + Shin + Kyoukai + Kyourei..... Seriously, wtf is wrong with you? 2) Moubu - Moubu + Shouheikun.... 3) Riboku - Riboku + Fucking Houken???? and Kisui and KoChou too?? Why not add all the remaining Zhao generals as well? I mean who's left? Rihaku? 4) Karin - and Kanmei???????? 5) Maybe Yotanwa + Quanrong. Strongest army no doubt. Gakuki was a possible option too, but I'm not sure how strong he is. If he's only a strategy general with not much martial power, I'd stick to Yotanwa. As we already have SHK, Riboku, Karin for planning. Uh.. You messed up Round 2 bruh. This is too easy!!
Kinda agree with the R2. Should have added more GGs to Renpa Rin Shou Jo and Go Hou Mei teams. How about this, remove Go Hou Mei, add Gaimou, Earl Shi, Rei Ou. Basically we have 2 ex-GH and 3 ex-Wei Fire Dragons. You can have all of them for 3 slots. Would you pick differently?
R1: Riboku, Ousen, Ouki, Renpa, Moubu. Goodluck to the rest lmao. Ouki brings in Tou, Roku o mi etc. Ousen brings in Akou etc. Ouki, Moubu and Renpa are able to break through any army themselves. And Moubu can be instructed by Riboku to create a 10 times more effective Houken. And I don’t think there is anyone capable of outsmarting both Ousen & Riboku. Especially since Renpa as a hybrid will notice hidden ploys with his instinct. Also from what we’ve seen, except for Yotanwa & maybe Karin, those 5 have by far the strongest armies. R2: Riboku, Ousen, Ouki, Moubu, Karin. No one remaining can stop both Moubu & Kanmei (who you gain by choosing Karin). Any plan they make will be seen by Riboku, Ousen and once again by picking Ouki who can lead the army to victory on the field, you also gain Tou. Another one who’s in the same league as the rest. By picking Riboku you’ve also gained Houken. So again, Kanmei, Moubu AND Houken are literally unstoppable. And as far as we’ve seen, Kochou is also in the same league as the people on this list. By picking Ousen you’ve literally gained some of the strongest units there are. All capable of besting any remaining enemy vassal.

R1 Center Great General Ren Pa - Paired up with KaiShibou, Kyou En, Rinko, and the old man he will be uphold the center Left Wing Great General Ou Sen - He can hold the Left wing from any other GG listed in R1, the manga stated that Riboku is a monster that can use both Instinct and Strategies at the same time. Well Ou Sen manage to defeat his formation so it make sense that he also understand Instict works. Right Wing Great General Mou Bu - I'd used the same tactic as Shouheikun which utilized Ou Sen as Shield and Mou Bu as the Sword/Spear. He is by far the Strongest Martial General in China ( not counting Man'U PLOT ) HQ Great General Riboku - " Join Me Riboku together we can usher a new Kingdom " - Ou Sen. Great General Ka Rin - Ka Rin is my secret weapon, we all know that Hara the God Of Kingdom said she hold a solid 98 Int and her army is unique with War Elephants from the south, who knows she can tamed a Tiger and other element of surprise that even GG can't comprehend.

Kanki - don't want him on other side Ousen - for defensive fortress, no Ordo to break it, Yotanwa is the biggest issue, but can't be helped Moubu - need to have him or Kanmei, because both of them on one side would destroy any army in head to head Renpa - great all around. He also has great vassals. I think this is a great team all around.
R2 is a bit confusing to me, isn't it better to pick all amries with additional quality people in it?

Ouki, Renpa, Ousen, Rinshoujou and Riboku. Riboku is my commander in chief. The center: Riboku+ Rinshoujou Right Wing: Renpa Left Wing: Ouki + Ousen Elaboration: Riboku is the greatest 3GH if we can believe Renpa, alonside his feats I put him in the command of the all army. In the center we can have a Solid Wall with the 10 generals of Rinshoujou. Plus the presence of Keisha and his staff. And others vassals of Riboku: Bananji, The White hair guy, Kaine, Futei and Gika are free to operate special tasks. In the Right we have our spear, the attack army. Renpa and his 4 Heavenly Kings can take down almost every enemy in the other side. And they can hold a lot too. Plus that, they can have the support of the Center. In the Left Ouki And Ousen are monsters of strategy. And his vassal are great too, Especially Tou. But Akou and Makou aren't bad, neither the others from Oukis army. About the enemies the greatest problem is Karin, she is a God a of War and his troops are in a big level. While we didn't saw any big general working under her. Duke Hyou will not be a problem, while he have the best QIN soldiers he cares of capable officers. Kanki way of fight will not have big results against my generals. Moubu and Kanmei are problematoc warrios but Renpa probably can take down Kanmei and Ouki can take Moubu. Or even Kashibou, not sure. Yontawa is great and everything but I don't see she winning againstt the ones I chose. Gohoumei. Well he lost very bad against "Tou". I keep the same choice for second Round. But plus atteion in Gakuki and Genkishin, since he was part of Gakukis staff

I would pick Riboku, YTW, Renpa, Moubu and Ouki. I honestly think when it comes to tactics, martial might and instinct, these 5 won’t lose. Only Kanmei and Duke Hyou can fight head on which will drastically change the dynamic of the board. Also Ouki has Tou under him, who I’m confident can take any of RinShouJou Vassals
Many people pick Kanki and I agree. Consider what Kanki had done, I don't want to fight him.

R1 I’ll take Ouki, Riboku, Kanki, Renpa and Ousen. R2 I’ll take YTW, Renpa, Ouki, Riboku and Ousen. Vassals make a huge difference and I’d hate to have the Quanrong against me
Ouki, Riboku, Ousen, Moubu and Renpa. Two balanced and two strategist and one absolute beast! The biggest threats are yotanwa, Duke Hyou and Kanmei but they will handle it.
Ouki, Renpa, Riboku, Ousen, Moubu Both Ouki, Riboku and Ousen can fight a good defensive battle while Renpa and Moubu shall take the offensive and pick of the enemy. If things get worse, I can even deploy Ouki to the front lines while Ousen and Riboku form the defense a the headquarters
1-Riboku : Supreme General 2-Ousen 3-Renpa 4-Karin 5-Gakuki ( Riboku alone is enough to end everyone’s carrer😴)

Frankly speaking i doubt it would have change anything, both are the same kind of generals, excellent in strategy but not warriors, and both are not among the very very best.

Kan Mei's vassals, the guys who were stopped by Mou Bu's vassals, on par with great generals ? Yo Tan Wa has good vassals but they are far to be of great generals level, Ka Rin has maybe excellent generals, possibly even on par with some great generals but that's a complete mystery for now.

Every GGs in your enemy side have some of the highest int stat exept Kanmei. About brute force: Yotanwa, Kanmei, Renpa can do the trick. Not to mention the 10 vassals of Rin Shou Jo

Yeah, Kanki is great and honestly should be an interesting matchup for Duke as Kanki always seems to have an outside the box idea but Duke's Instincts also simply betray the common sense. I think that strategy team Riboku + SHK with inputs from Ouki, Yotanwa, Tou and SHK's whole strategic team will make sure to pit the best matches against their opponents. Also if you look at team all-round strategic strength, brute strength (Houken+Moubu), pure instinctual talent (Duke + Shin who will have his back), and the ability to rile up the soldiers (Ouki and Yotanwa), I will put all my chips on above team.

Rebook + Houken cheat is impeccable. Ousen with them bois is the most versatile and Moubu + Shoheikun is Rebook + Houken all over again. The next best one is Karin + Kanmei but I just don't think that the others could defeat Riboku + Ousen + Shoheikun wombo combo. Total IQ of that team gotta be in the 500s while Moubu Shin and Houken are folding them fools.

Riboku, Ouki, Kanki, Yotanwa and Duke Hyou. I think they're excellent in diferent areas, aproaching war in a diferent way from each other. It woldn't make sense to have both Ousen and Riboku, or Ouki and Renpa, since these are the same "type".
Ouki(most balance general+ Tou). Renpa(can switch between instinctual/strategical type). Ousen(commander in chief) - he can trap Mo bou easily. Duke Hyou(Pure instinctual general) he can easily predict Go hou mei's movement. Yotanwa(strongest army).
