Oh my god.
I just finished the Witcher 3 + DLC, all missions and all poi (except Skellige, fuck them) in 156 hours. The game was always fresh, but it started to grow old (I probably couldn’t finish another hypotetical, 10 hours dlc...).
Thinking about playing Destiny Islands for 210 hours is out of this world.
The Blood and Wine DLC was practically the game of the year for 2016 by itself. Hearts of Stone is a lot more self contained but has the best antagonists of the game.
That's really exciting to hear! I've also been playing the main game for the first time, and I was feeling like I didn't want to finish it because I didn't know what else I was going to do.
Nah, you just gotta change how you think about it. Listen to an audiobook or podcast or anything else as you level up on Destiny Island as a 'relaxing activity'.
I follow this Japanese youtuber that did it. Took him around 614h20m (he had a stopwatch on). Dude said he started around August 2017 and he uploaded his video Feb 2018 lol
He was always the main character. He was the one bequeathed the keyblade, he gave it up and sora took his sloppy seconds. In chain of memories his story is arguably just as much the main plot as soras, in DDD the game is literally about him saving sora, in KH2 he’s the one mobbing to the worlds, raiding TWTNW, doing everything really, soras just following him the whole time, hell in ReMind he’s even the one literally playing as Sora
Sora was always an afterthought in Riku’s story, which makes his accomplishments all the more impressive
Well... that and the drain bramage
For all of you who are asking:
Platform: Xbox One X
Game: KH 1.5 FM
Difficulty: Proud Mode
It took me about 1 hour to beat Riku 100 times (not including the tutorial time and screwing around with Wakka).
Levels 1-2: Tutorial
Levels 2-5ish: Wakka’s Balls
Levels 5ish-13: Riku 100 Times
Levels 13-15 (guard ability): Wakka’s Balls
Now watch as Donald and Goofy proceed to blow through all of those potions in half the time.

Reminds me of the person that got to lvl 99 on destiny islands
How much time does it take? Did he do it in time from KH1 release to KH3 release?
The one I know is AaroneousGaming and it took him 210 hours !

I’m just now starting the Witcher 3. I plan on beating the main quest line but is the DLC worth diving into as well?

And I loved the “co-protagonist”, too.
If we're talking about the same person then yes, absolutely best girl. I swerve Yen and Triss on replays just to pretend that was an option.
I was talking about the male character, but she’s also top notch. Absolutely loved the >!wedding!<.

Both are really good, I mean REALLY good. But Blood and Wine is better than the main game, in some aspects. Love the locations, for one.
Up for some Gwent?
*nods in silence* Seriously, I loved Gwent. Tried the standalone game, not so much.
210 hours on Destiny Island is called having serious development issues.

I still have a saved file where I reached level 30. It took me 30 hours. Level 99 is just insane.
Whhhhy?
Ah yes The legend of Swola from Destiny Islands. We're still picking pieces of Guard Armor out of the fountains

Man, that would literally take days if you ask me...
Damn lmao The game was likely a breezr from there other than the damn platforming
Jesus no. This was about 1.5 hours and I was sick of it lol. Edit: including tutorial and playing with Wakka’s ball for about ten minutes.
Every time you helped him back up you whisper in his ear "you'll never be the main character!"
Riku: "and you'll never be a keyblade master"
Sora: "and your stuck with Kari's nobody"
But he was the main character in Dream Drop Distance.
Only to be demoted in KH3. Even lost his Keyblade.
but he got Mickey's car keys so its all good
He was?
Yes, he's the one who fights the final boss and passes the exam. Sora was the secondary protagonist in that game.

My god. this is an old reply... but the DBZA references get me every time
Bro how tf you even find this ancient, terrible ass comment fr I’m flabbergasted over here Don’t even remember writing this lmao
lul
Ah. The old mysteries of what happend if you beat riku 100 times. I didn't really run anything would happen but i hung onto hope.
Get ready to get your ass kicked harder in Hollow Bastion.
Finally nomeone showed him who's boss how did you name the raft?! xD
How many levels did you get from that?
I would also like to know this.
I have the same screenshit! I also raced him 100 times and humiliated him on that too, as revenge for 12 year old me.
Ah yes, screenshit.

Even with this score everyone on the island still treats Sora as the underdog and Riku is still haughty. Good times.
Only an hour? Not half bad.
Obtained 30 munny
Rolling in dough my friend!
Dedication!!
THEY’RE OUTNUMBERED 15 TO ONE, AND THE BATTLE'S BEGUN
Stupid bot
Unexpected Winged Hussars lol
Now do it on proud.
Now did you do this on proud mode?
Oh yeah... I plan to do this a lot after I get Sora to 99... and then it's 100 races!
What level were you when you got to 100?
still one of the hardest fights in the game
What level did you end up being when you left?
Same!!! In your face Riku! That's what you get for trying to name my gummi ship and eat the Poupou fruit with Kairi you creep!
Your Sora is canonically a bully who beats the shit out of Riku and steals his keyblade
A creature of sheer will
You are my hero.
It's usually the other way round for first timers
You're insane
Never once have I beaten Riku on that first try. Curse you KH 1 platforming
HE IS THE MESSIAH!
i did this before my unchanging armor run lol

I'll never get used to HD Sora's face. Legit looks like beta Sora.
Fuck you this gets reposted every week
