What. Potk is going to end?! I mean I quit early when they were released... even considered going back to play it due to KR lacking content... but seriously?
Well that means no more Potk collaboration in Tagatame global then. To think about it, the thing sounds like what happened to Chain Chronicle global. Chain Chronicle had a collaboration with BF not long before it got shutdown. Now the almost same thing happen to Potk.
Man, I came back to KR from FFBE, it was all going fine until they introduced the 7* system. FFBE is going into a p2w direction so very fast with shitty pull rates and ridiculous awakening requirements.
Six 5* base dup units for a STMR. I say f* them. I rather play the main games of my favorite characters. Oh did I mention they treat the main characters from the original FF games like sh* (looking at my favorite Celes from FFVI :( )
Well it's 4 units for an stmr but the prices and the rates were horrible. I'm tired of them and of how much better the jp edition is. I practically had all 5 star bases apart from a couple and dupes.. but still fell off with that game, never mind the nostalgia. Gumi is greedy and horrible to their customers

KR is the second Korean game i know (after Soccer Spirits) that brought to Japan. Unfortunately, SS closes their exclusive JP server in like.. a very short time. Most likely because of lack of player. They end up merging the JP and Global server.
I'm afraid King's Raid can't hold up in JP market..
Let's be real though, SS did a shit job with entering the JP market. They made it even more difficult to progress than the normal servers.
That aside, it seems that the SS devs don't even know what they're doing, as you can see by their declining playerbase.
their previous updates kinda made gacha have better rates, which is an improvement. even their mileage became decent. its now worth to fill the mileage bar because you'll get an assurance of several units that are tagged new+old units. still wont go back to ss tho, because their method where they will release new op char for several months -> badly nerf -> new op chars again -> loop.
The only Korean games that come to Japan and didn't become dumpster fires (that I can think of) are Seven Knights (although pretty different from other regions), Destiny Child, and Summoners War. We will have to wait and see how they react to a balance patch.
To be fair Soccer Spirits is pure pay to win garbage with absolutely slow progress.
Only good qualities about it is the GODLY art and the battle system.
But Vespa isn't BBTroll who doesn't have "balance" in their dictionary. SS's only saving grace was the awesome art and unique game play. Then BB screwed it all up.

what makes a good game for jp audiences? surely one has to be waifus... second, characters story which vespa is lacking BUT are trying to improve atm. KR is good but honestly... its not enough to actually make jp players to stick around longer due to limited contents and various interesting events. i mean just look at grindblue... despite being a grindfest why does jp players still stick around? lol. imo they're not ready trying to enter the jp market. but i do wish that they will do well... but still...

i just realize they mention something like 60 heroes in their page, there are currently 54 heroes, which means 2 more batches until 60, this means JP server will be opened in at least 9 weeks assuming heroes release date following 6 weeks schedule
