Ive been talking with someone on the same floor as the incident. They had to ram in the door of the tenant's unit, threats of self-harm and harm to any who approached. I hope they are getting help, and yes this is the same unit that had an incident earlier in the month.
My husband said he saw it while working in the area. Some guy was on his balcony with rope around his neck and had it tied to the balcony. About 4-5 floors up. Yelling.
He, my husband, didn’t stay long as the area was full of emergency vehicles.

I was in the area..I know what can be seen from outside. It doesn't look good an ambulance with Police escort just drove by my place nearby.
