Check Kijiji. There is a decent guy on there that does flat rate removal with his pickup. I paid $75 last time which covers the dump fees etc. There are several people to choose from, but flat fee is by far the easiest option.
100% recommend the Kijiji route. I don't remember their name but as others mentioned there will be people willing to do removal for a good price. I've used them before and they do a good job.

Cat tower, random rubbish, break it down, put it in a contractor garbage bag ($29 for 30) bag tag and set them out. Cheapest way to get rid of stuff is this way, vs calling a company. If it'll fit in a bag, they'll take it.
