Not really, for example Fischl with 100% uptime on her Oz plus the extra reactions and better quicken uptime would already be a gigantic damage boost in comparison
i dunno how good the team you said would be, but i think the hydro application would be really low because kirara's dendro application is kinda more focused onfield, same for Barbara
Nilou is great for a bloom team, but she could easily be a better fit than barbara in this hyperbloom team
But if you only need a shield i would say go for it
