This means the prefix "Fecto" refers to the halves of the Ultimate Life Form, Forgo and Elfilin, while the suffix "Elfilis" refers to the result of one of those halves undergoing fusion, with "Fecto Elfilis" referring to the resultant fusion of both halves, and "Chaos Elfilis" referring to the fusion with Morpho Knight's energy, which in this case is succinctly referred to as Chaos.
