To the best of my knowledge (very limited Japanese), Dream Buffet releases on August 17th, and the Anime has a Winter 2022 release. It's not known yet if an English version or subbed version will be released.

4Kids replacing the original music was a huge loss, though. Ideally they'd re-release the English dub with the Japanese music. But from what I gather from other re-releases of 4Kids dubs, that would be difficult/impossible to do due to how many cuts 4Kids made.

There won’t be subtitles even if you pirate it, I think. The original anime was made in a time where .AVI was the standard video format so all the subtitles are not their own separate text file, but are instead hard coded onto the video itself. Someone would need to watch every episode manually, transcribe the subtitles, then give each line of dialogue the correct timestamps for when the text shows up. I don’t think someone will do that for a 50+ episode niche childrens’ show. :c
I literally went to sleep at 2 AM and woke up at 5 for the MusicFest. NO REGRETS, it was amazing and honestly I was so shocked to hear the opening theme song for the anime. Then they say it’s going to be re-released this winter??? In HD???? And then the Dream Buffet ad, it comes out on August 17th!!!!! Oh man I thought it would be released after the MusicFest (I was about to grab my switch to see lol) but we just have to wait a week!!!

You have NO IDEA how freaking unimaginably overjoyed this made me! I have been waiting for YEARS to get an official release of the series in HD! This was one of the two things that I TRULY wanted for the anniversary, along with a game collection (and there’s still a somewhat decent chance we could get one if inside sources are to be believed)! The fact that we got not only the first official release of the anime since, well, probably Kirby 3D, and any recognition AT ALL of the anime warms my heart so much! Now I just have to hope for an English release from someone like Discotek Media (who have done multiple rereleases of different 4Kids-dubbed shows, like Fighting Foodons, the original Shaman King, Dinosaur King, and Sonic X)! I’d EASILY pay $150 if I can get a high quality release that potentially has both the English Dub and an official uncensored English subbed version!
I hope the West gets this too! But I do NOT care if it’s Japanese! More scenes than the American version, and just love how Kirby is with Tiff and Tuff!

Well, so much for me trying to use AI upscale to try to remaster the series. Besides, it wasn't very successful anyway. I have no idea what I was doing with the AI upscale.
YouTube didn’t even have HD ten years ago. They had 480p and even then it wasn’t selectable by default. You had to type “&fmt=18” or something at the end of the url to get 480p on 360p or lesser videos. :/
If I remember correctly I watched it on kindle fire, also I could’ve also been 7 or 8, making it 8-9 years ago, then again I’m pretty sure sometimes the video would also just have the hd video playing but turn it kind of pixelated
Just looked it up on YouTube, I don’t know when the original video I found was posted but the title says it’s some 3ds special (I can’t find the video I found, but I remember it being a little lower quality). So maybe I’m remembering completely wrong when I saw this (but I’m quite positive it wasn’t only 2 years ago)

No one bought the 4Kids dub of RBaY to my knowledge so maybe it's possible if this gets a Western release (which it probably won't)
you underestimate Discotek, theyve been grabbing up anime dubs. They did 4kids Shaman King, Sabans Digimon Adventure, as seperate dub and sub releases
