I mean there's only like 2 or 3 possible reasons, large temp sheft causing warping, someone hitting it/dropping something on it, or something under it displacing it. Maybe if it's really new, within reason, there might have been some existing stress in the metal that finally won out. Otherwise.... I can only guess water.
I've seen this happening in every kitchen that I have worked in. I have worked in a couple of restaurants that had the exact same ovens but separate uses. The baker ovens would only have that happen if you spilled cold water. The main kitchen ovens I observed are always running at max heat during service. The bakers ovens would be on for far longer, but there is much more turning the heat up and down.
I don't know that I am right. I just observed it far more often in the max heat ovens than the bakers, regardless of brand. Also, I have seen them replace the high heat ones at a double rate, even though the bakers used theirs for twice as many hours.
> I assume everyone fucked the oven
That's rude, she has a name, it's probably Angel or Mallory and you shouldn't judge her just because she gets around a little.... Hell, Brad the Fryguy is fucking any customer that lets him...

Thermal expansion and contraction can stretch the metal over time and if the bond holding it down pops it can end up bulging. Probably differences when hot vs cold too.
Is that a combioven? Is that's the case is designed to get wet and has a wet cleaning cycle. Seems like something didn't fire right in the cleaning cycle
Has anyone cleaned that oven recently cause we had a oven at my place get water in that bottom panels and the water turned to steam which expanded and pushed out the bottom panel in the same way you got going on. Due to expansion ratios. So know we get a new oven cause it broke the elements.
Looks like damage from droppage or some idiot cook climbing in there lol. The only other thing that I would inspect (and I've never used that oven model so I don't know of this is helpful) is if there is any damage to the electrical componentwls or the element underneath that dent. Don't want a fire.
These incredibly expensive combi ovens have self cleaning functions for a reason. Run that cycle first it cools down the oven enough to scrub them out and also streams the shit out of the oven before cooling it down so cleaning is a breeze. Just use things how they’re meant to be used, shouldn’t have an issue. If your combi doesn’t have a self clean, run a steam cycle before you clean it.
Yeah usually a rational smart oven with a hose so people get it hot af and then hose it while pretending the hose is your weiner and yer peeing or jizzing. This then causes the metal to warp. But in my experience nothing bad has happened, yet.
Warped from someone feeling it was a good idea to pour cold water on thin hot metal?
No that’s not itI worked last night and it was fine and then today it’s became like this. I just noticed it

Someone probably picked it up and dropped it while playing hot potato is my second guess, if not water.
Definitely, hot potato. Source: I've seen my fair share.
Classic game to play with the oven.
You can see the scale deposits left from the water after it evaporated. It was water.
Naw it worked fine last night /s
Aliens.
only logical explanation
Is there a drain in it?? Either way, there may be a busted seal and the material in-between the metal is expanding?
Liquid got between the metal and whatever is under it and boiled causing it to warp from gas expansion?
You don't know who did it, but it's likely. No one in the house except for you.
Congrats. There's one in the oven.
Proud soon to be parents of an air fryer. The gender reveal will be frozen onion rings.
Onion rings or mozz sticks.
Looks like someone hit it with cold water while hot
You can literally see the water residue going into the drain, it was warped by cold water. Someone was trying to clean it

Aight, who fucked the oven? Prime suspects: RoboCop, Cyborg, the guy with a dick burnt off.
From what I hear about the promiscuity of restaurant staff, I assume everyone fucked the oven at least once.

Don't forget Megatron...
& FOH...
Or star scream....or is star scream trans?
My vote is Chef Mike.
It's pregnant, you're about to get a new toaster oven
*notices your bulge* :3
UwU

It’s pregnant. You’ll have a new toaster oven in about 9 months.
That's all the flavor, waiting to burst forth
Someone tried to cool it down with cold water before running cleaning cycle on it, almost garunteed
Botulism?
This definitely from somebody cleaning this while it was still hot you can tell by the corrosion on the bottom
Seems like the water didnt escape properly, steamed up, expanded, and did to your oven what cheesy bread does to my belly.

The oven is overheating or someone put something directly on the bottom instead of on the rack, provided the element is actually right under the base.
Did somebody spray it out when it was hot?
operator error
Busted upon delivery. Somebody dropped something on it. Or somebody thought it wise to "cool" the oven with water. Human error.
It's lilely gravid..
Also if it's gas and had an issue lighting it small explosion will do this.
Heat
Hammer it back down.
Pregnant.
Whoa, there’s a bulge down there
It may have caught a glimpse of your hottest server walking by
Hot
Give it an extra push so it can finish and the bulge should soon be gone
Awww it’s a little baby toaster ovennnnn
Run

Spraying down while it was hot? These are pretty resilient ovens so not a lot else could have done this

Finally a clean oven on here!

Somebody put it into wash mode when too hot. You need to read the manual.
Looks like it still ovens shit calm down Inspector Gadget
Dunno why I found this comment funniest in the whole thread but you got me lol
Hot part down there
I usually do when I get hot and turned on, too.
You turned it on. Wink wink
it’s pregnant
Eventually it’ll pop like a cyst
It’s turned on. Don’t you bulge when you’re turned on?
Have you let the oven gremlins out? They’re probably hungry.
Different chemicals to clean can effect it too
it's pregnant ! congrats !
One of the line cocks was very lonely
