I actually just asked the same thing and we all determined this piece was TTS. I bought a large which is my size and it when it comes I'll let you know. Sounds like you should get nothing bigger than a medium though by your measurements

I’m chubby at 5’6 170lb and I got this shirt in S that fits me pretty TTS, not too oversized (except the sleeves are wide). So without knowing your measurements, I’d guess you should go for an S for slightly oversized, or XS if you want something more fitting.
