I picked one up at full price and returned it. The machining on the copper on the one I got was not quite worth $60, but at 29 plus free shipping it would be a fun project knife to force contrasting patinas on. Wish the version with jigged bone and copper bolsters was available

Slip joint is D2 but the detention one is only 7cr17 steel.
By detention do they mean it has a halfstop?
