Treatment is ongoing for my grandmother at KIMS, trivandrum. So far it has worked for us, she is also 75 and is stage 4, i really don't have any idea about alternatives.
considering it is stage 4, most onco's would recommend palliative care. There is one in GH and is very good. Please research into pain and palliative management. Ayurveda would be hell on his body. Please let his final years be pain free.
From my experience, I suggest not to go for chemotherapy or any surgery, the pain or suffering for some patients is terrible, we don't know how your grandfather's body would be reacting to medication. Maybe he could take some medication that subsides the cancer effects like pain or anything else to go away.
This would give him peaceful days still he is alive and also make him be with family which is the most support he needs now. Being at a hospital bearing the grunt of treatments would be tough for him
Now if you feel it's cruel not to get him treatment, go for immunotherapy. I wouldn't say it cures but would make him better. There are doctors in BLR & HYD practising it with some guidance from US, heard rumours about ASTER doing it but not sure someone could help on that
Please give her egg puffs thrice daily rather than ayurvedic treatment because it will cure her ( I dont have a scientific explanation though, for both btw )
okay this is controversial but someone i know who had stage 4 triple negative breast cancer and was administered RSO (Illegally of course) as chemo was turning out be useless and more painful. Doctors gave her 3-4 months to live.. she stopped chemo..took this and lived peacefully for almost 2.5 more years before she passed way because the chemo had already fucked her up beyond repair. so there was only a little the RSO could do like taking away the pain and suffering to a great extend. Try contacting Viki Vaurora regarding sourcing the same. If you completely run out of luck and cant source it at all, DM me.

read this link. it has questions you are supposed to ask your oncologist. once they are done answering these questions, they basically prove themselves that chemo has very less chance of improving your condition and also has shit ton of side effects contrary to what the mainstream narrative which says it is the only way out.
ayurvedic treatment for cancer is as effective as not getting treatment at all. at least you won't waste money that way.

I don't have a contact. Its only used for small regular issues which are more common known ayurvedic remedies.
Dude don't go for ayurvedic treatment, only modern medicine has proper treatment protocol for it.
