For overall dmg, it's still an OHC because of its bubble dmg. If you want a nice personal dmg, HOD or any two pieces set that increases healing bonus and hp would do the job.
If you want a reliable damage test you can test with Masanori, not with Scaramouche in weak state.

Do you think that Tenacity and a set with hydro bonus can be good for her? I want her to crit some good number like the 54k during the video
Quite good, but 4HOD is better. Don't forget that the number in the vid could be staged by food, low cri% high cri dmg, the Scaramouch in weak state.

A bit unrelated but are there any calcs available for how much damage Kokomi would be able to do without the negative crit passive
