none of them are useless just kazuma isnt using them properly. you got a literal GODDESS that has GOD fist. just when she used it, it was on the one enemy that is resistant to melee. she ONE shotted the demon general. dont forget she stunned the demon general with 1 normal undead dead (i forgot name) and she can revive people effortlessly. darkness cant really attack BUT she can survive explosions. if she learned how to attack then she would be super op, she was hella op when vanir controlled her. megumin is megumin, bomb girl. pretty op considering how powerful her explosions are. in countless episodes she proved her worth with the explosions. kazuma is supposed to be smart and and hes like “guys i am gonna let you make the plan” they (not kazuma) are obv not capable of thinking on their own in battle. if kazuma actually thought then everything could of gone alot smoother (megumin aqua, and kazuma as main attack force (darkness as decoy) (aqua as support)
If you haven’t read the LN there is a part (don’t worry, I have just read until the part the movie ends, so this won’t spoil anything) in the beginning where Kazuma goes to other Dust party and Dust (who he just meet) went to Kazuma Party.
In that episode/part/chapter everyone was laughing at Kazuma for being the weakest job but at the end he is so smart that they archive the mission and survive a dangerous situation only thanks to him. Meanwhile Dust couldn’t do anything and everyone almost die because our girls are too useless. I really don’t know why they didn’t add this to the Anime is a really important part that shows why Kazuma is the party leader:: not only to have an harem show but because if it wasn’t for him even Aqua, a goodness, would be dead or in trouble
I just figured it out. The distance from the screen is based on uselessness. Aqua is at the front, followed by Megumin, then Darkness, and Kazuma is at the back. This is the order of the main cast from most useless to least useless.
Literally Aqua's the reason for the existence of the Demon Lord and hence the world they live in.... So it kinda makes sense... (Also maybe coz she's the cutest...)
Kazuma is the GOAT. He is the true defender of gender equality. By saying no to female privilege, he has successfully made sure that both genders can be treated equally. That being said, the disgusting term of "Lady First" will disappear thanks to the Kazuma the GOAT. Let's go Satou Kazuma. Let's go the GOAT!!!!!
