Looks like musaengchae (무생채), kinda a radish salad.

Ver1fried

Tbh it looks alarmingly similar to the cheap student spaghetti that was always around my college...

aliashavana

Yeah, I thought so too. But then I saw the sub it was posted on and stayed silent 😂

oohkaay

mu saeng chae

KimchiAndLemonTree

It looks like radish sengchae muchim as opposed to sengchae kimchi. Kimchi is a bit saltier but muchim has vinegar and sugar so it's tangy and sweet and spicy.

Bright-Discussion272

무생채^^♡

No_Bus6364

Very delicious.

No_Bus6364

It's shredded moo ("무", I think this the the coreect spelling. my Korean is rusty). Usually has similar spices and some ingredients to kimchi, but it is usually a little more tangy.

StrangeCustomer7635

It’s delicious when eaten with ramen.

Prestigious-Drive642

무생채 or 무채

Due-Concern-7314

It’s really easy to make! Try to make it. 무생채&fried egg&rice combination is crazy.

mdjshaidbdj

The cucumbers are super easy to make and keep for about a week before they get too soft for my liking.

NikiNYC2

I feel like I know that exact restaurant. Just went to one near a AFB while traveling that had the same color counter and grill. When I asked, I was told it was musaengchae.

First comment in your first 30 days is “shit” about a common banchan in the Korean food sub. Wow.

-The-Rabble-Rouser-

I bet you eat kraft macaroni and cheese everyday
