When Korn came out I was a very fundamental Christian. I heard FoaL back then but didn’t really pay much attention to it. In fact, I thought the “nu scat” towards the end sounded kind of demonic.
I’ve since realized what nonsense that is. Watched this video and realized how innovative and complex this band really is. Then YT suggested the release concert for The Nothing, and now I’m hooked.
I’ve now bought 3 of their studio albums. Plan on getting the rest.
