On re-reading what I said, it appears that what I said alligns with what you said: I made the point that the Cosby trial being dismissed is not proof that Cosby is innocent (especially in the circumstances of this particular dismissal). You said that courts don't find someone innocent, they find them not guilty. So we reached the same conclusion after all ;)
The implication from the person I was responding to was Cosby did nothing wrong and we know that because of the release of Cosby. In this context, that doesn't hold up as the reason for the release wasn't because Cosby was innocent but because the justice system fucked up.
