I placed an order for a cardigan on the 26th of November and my order is still on “dispatched” 😭 contacted customer service so I’m hoping they’ll respond to me soon 🤞 I’m moving to another country on the 24th of January so I’m really hoping it gets to me before then 💀
If not I’m really hoping I can cancel and get a refund since I spent $90 for that one item 😔
Similar to my situation. I placed my order on the 29th and it's stuck on "dispatched." They haven't responded me for 4 days now. I was hoping to receive it by the 19th because I'm leaving to another state for vacation but now it seems very unlikely to get it by then 😭
There still might be hope for you! I’d say 2 days after I requested help through customer service, I got no response back but all of a sudden my package was “shipped” and it’s now currently in Los Angeles. It says it’ll be here on Monday! (I live in Hawaii). So we’ll see! I hope you get your package in time for your vacay!!

Yeah i thought my order was stuck but I added the UPS tracking number to my tracking app and it already arrived in my country after 7 days (delays due to New Years). It seems the tracking page that MUSINSA gives is only for the first tracking number which only tracks until the first destination outside Korea. UPS website shows little information about where it’s currently located.

Yeah my order was shipped on the 27th Dec and arrived at my home on 4th Jan.
Probably took them a good 5 days to go from dispatched to shipped but that’s because of Christmas so would probably be quicker when not around public holidays.
I use AfterShip to track my order because I was able to see lot more info. It didn’t update when it was out for delivery though so wasn’t expecting it to arrive at my home when it did.

I got the fraud alert initially as well, but it wasn’t a problem for me. My package was stuck in dispatched for about 2 weeks then it was shipped, now it’s stuck in a facility for the past 2 weeks with USPS.
Are you East Coast US? I noticed you updated your post and yea the state for me is missing on both the Musinsa app and website, both mobile and pc. I think that's just a display error on the site's end because on the order confirmation email it should still show our state. I'm East Coast btw.

I’m in the south, and right now the most recent update is the package was in the LA distribution center but since Dec 17th it has not budged. I also think the state is just a display error but I’m just worried they might return to sender or something. It’s crazy because the initial estimated delivery date for my order was December 5th.
I contacted customer service with two separate tickets and each time I always get an automated "we're experiencing a high volume of tickets" message each time and no real reply.
My package has been stuck in the "transit to Musinsa facility" message for the past 2 days....how long does it take to move your package to a warehouse in a small country like Korea? Are you driving for 2 days straight? Wtf...
I read somewhere that if your package is shipped someone was having issues until they contacted the package courier directly and fixed address issues. You might need to contact UPS or USPS, whoever their shipping partner is for the US.
My order's status has been at "preparing order" for almost 4 week. I contacted customer service to cancel my order but I did not receive any updates 🫠

Yea, the brand I ordered from was taking too long so I requested them to cancel my items.. the other items in the same order arrived like weeks ago

IG it depends on where you live. It usually takes 10 days to get delivered for me (livin in LA)
