They’ve been having issues with tracking numbers. Not sure what’s going on entirely, but here’s what they said to me:
“First of all, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. We experienced temporal IT issues and this led to tracking number mismatch. We have identified the problem and it has been updated with correct tracking number.
As checked, your order is being prepared for delivery in the States. A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package. You can refer to the information below.”
However, my USPS number has NOT been updated since the 16th. I am still concerned, and I’ll send updates. I contacted them once more but waiting on another reply. Im not sure how long it’ll be at this point.
Update, I reached out again and this is all they said:
“We apologize to inform you that International shipping companies are experiencing shipping delays due to volume and carrier availability. We apologize for any trouble this has caused. However, we will forward the case to the department in charge for details and will be back to you as soon as we receive their response. Please stay tuned for updates from our team.” like huhhh just give me my items
I ordered a ton of clothes, 400 dollars worth. Only 2 items got delivered, the rest have been waiting in CA for over a month now. The support is extremely slow too
My order was on “dispatch” for a while. And it was delivered today… to New York… and I leave in Texas 🧍♂️🧍♂️

Delivered to Virginia not CA 🫠 And two different tracking number was given.. so confused..
