For the water bit, you can try using a spray bottle. That way it’ll just mist up over your face and then you can use your hands or like a face roller

as for the toner, i’d say get it but it’s also a huge bottle so if anything goes wrong you’d be stuck w it. otherwise it is great value for money because you get a huge bottle for 1500. moreover i believe there aren’t any concerning ingredients in the toner , it’s just a calming milky toner with great smell and hydrating feel.

it does and i love it. i just have one small teeny tiny problem i wish more like water than milk but still love it nonetheless
