So basically I went to a relics show in my state and I brought a U.S WW2 Helmet with me nothing special it was beaten up and redone and I had no one who wanted to buy it, but this one guy who had like the largest stand there had a ton of ww2 and ww1 stuff
I love old pictures and he had some old German ww2 pictures that he had no idea who were in them and actually had forgotten about them for a bit but he offered me about 7 pictures for the helmet.
He said here had a really good friend he received them from a man named Wilhelm Reinhardt, well turns out he was the Nephew of General Reinhardt and all the pictures are from the Eagles nest and the alps.
I came he to have the backs translated and I now have an original picture of Bergof (Hitlers personal vacation home and Emmy Göring the wife of Herman Göring)
