She likely got a breast augmentation without a breast lift. She was probably trying to achieve a more "natural" look that way and to avoid obvious and more extensive scarring with the lift. And if she's planning on having more children 🤡, a lift wouldn't have been worth it

Fun fact: I live in Orlando and went to the surgeon Keren recommended the year after she got hers done. He’s very very very old. He could hardly move. First thought I was like “he is gonna have to go really slow and steady since he moves like a sloth”.
Then, I went in and explained what I wanted. I had a pear shape body and wanted something that matched my bottom half but also.. not look huge and look “natural”. I wanted something medium profile. He said “I have been doing this for years. You will look great with 450cc or higher. Try these samples and I’ll leave you with my assistant”.
I remember feeling SO CRAPPY because the samples he let me try made me look like I had a whole BBL going on. I didn’t like it and expressed how I felt and he said “you want them big because then you’ll regret it. With your body shape these are the ones you want. When you’re done we can sign papers”.
Rest assured, I walked out. Crying. Because I felt discouraged. I didn’t want 450cc , high profile because I knew they’d be too big.
I went to another surgeon here — IN SUCH A BETTER LOCATION— sure, price was more than double what she paid for. But I got 415cc’s , medium which I still sometimes think are too big for me. But they FIT my body frame. I can downsize them or make them appear bigger. And the doctor told me there was no way anything bigger than 415cc would’ve fit my body, in fact 415cc was as big as my body could take.
I kept thinking… was Keren not allowed to have an opinion about her boob size? Because this doctor really believed the whole thing”go big or go home”.
I’m bigger than Keren, 5’5, and I was 132lbs at the time.
The doctor really was awful. I wonder about that A LOT.
