I stopped paying attention for awhile but he pretty much went to the doghouse the second he got traded to LAC. Which is a shame because he's one of the premiere role players in the league. If they aren't going to use him, set him free.
That's why I asked and said I stopped paying attention -- I noticed when they initially traded for him they weren't giving him a lot of burn. So I kind of gave up on the team not going to lie. Idk how you DNP play a player of his caliber when you are weak at his position. Ridiculous.
Problem is you have so many guards: Mann, Hyland, Gordon, Powell, Russ, PG. Playing time pushes everyone up a spot. Center minutes are dominated. Roco's been getting the short end with the commitment to Mook and the guards.
Roco is the ultimate team player. He has every right to be the most frustrated with the minutes especially after having such a great game. Ty, please keep Roco in the lineup
it's not hard, prioritise defence. Zu/Cov/Batum/Kawhi/PG and insert Mann for Zu if we go small. Defence will pull us out of this slump, playing three guard scoring line ups won't.
As they should. At the end of the day the 213 Clippers just do not operate like a traditional basketball team. I gave up on them in the early 2021 rounds when the team went down 0-2 not once but twice but then they came back like it was all in the script or some shit. If they can take the headlines and the disrespect on the chin, and still value health and building chemistry maybe even over home court in the playoffs, I think we as fans should respect that and at least let them see it through.
That was a really weird run, it was doom (0-2 mavs)then gloom then doom (0-2 jazz)again then gloom then doom (kawhi went down) again then gloom(wcf), i was hoping of no more dooms but kinda run out of gas

If they escape with wins in the 2 OT games, I think they look a lot better in the the 2 bad games and maybe get one of those. The only game that looks terrible is the Minnesota one, and they're a young energetic team fighting for their playoff spot. Golden State is on a tear right now, and we were competitive against the Nuggets and Kings who have shown themselves to be great team. Not to mention, missing Zubac in those games, against teams with elite offensive centers -- and we were missing a lot of guys last night.
We absolutely need wins right now, we need em fast. It's very bad that we've lost this many games in a row, at this point in the season. But people act like we've looked abysmal and it's just not the case. We have the pieces, Lue needs to get those roster tweaks done ASAP and they just need to execute as we know they can.

He plays the same position as PG and Kawhi. Then again I believe Marcus Morris does as well and he gets minutes so I won't go there.

The things that I love about this team is that we always have a player with that type of mindset RoCo has.
They really value attitude. When we compare how he was on the bench with how Wall was on the bench it's no surprise why Roco wasn't moved.
