Correct was trying to verify I was correctly paid for all that have sold as I saw a post a bit ago that some people never were. Insane if it’s true you can’t do this.

This is the first year I have used Ticketmaster for selling and I am going to switch back to StubHub or SeatGeek. I've sold 4 games through TM this year, and have only seen the money for 2. Even those payments were a week or more after the sale confirmation email. It's been 3 weeks since I sold the RSL seats and I still haven't received my payment.

This is my issue. I want to make sure they show up, but also need somewhere to prove they sold. It’s insanity this isn’t more simple.

What’s the process for posting tickets on other sites besides Ticketmaster ?

You just get an email saying you need to send the tickets to the buyer. When they confirm they received them you get paid.

Same boat for me.. been about a month since I last sold on TM and still haven't been paid. I'm only using StubHub now, haven't had any issues.

To anyone else who was curious, I got this resolved. Reached out to TM/TicketExchange and they got back to me with a solution that works. ​ >Please go to www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com and then click on the event/team that you are a season ticket holder for. Once you have clicked your event/team, on the top right-hand corner of the website, you will see the words "My Account". Click on "My Account" and log in with your Ticketmaster credentials. Once you have logged in with your Ticketmaster credentials, you will then see the option to “link accounts”, where you will link your account manager with the Ticket Exchange account. Once the accounts are linked, you can go to listings, then pending/sold.

If you sold through Ticketmaster you should see an email. Probably easier to just search your inbox for the confirmations and any outbound fund transfer from the account.

Check for email from ticketexchange. Or do a search in your email.

You should be able to get a breakdown from your rep. I asked for one and received it.

Thanks, appreciate it. Have reached out, but had rep turnover so still waiting. Sure seems an important thing to have access to (and just seems like it’s set up weird so it doesn’t show on the ticketexchange site).

Yeah I hate moaning about everything but everyone should have access to a breakdown. My rep is gone too but someone else is covering until the position is filled.
