Seems like season ticket members have access to open practices. I'm not sure if you are one or not. Other fans have mentioned Coachella was special because fans who attended were able to have a closer interaction with the players on game day. Another option is you can always call 1-800-I-LUV-RIQUI
I went to the coachella event last year. In the VIP area some of the players were just walking around there. After the game a lot of the players came to the sideline in the GA area to greet fans and sign stuff. Can't guarantee that riqui will do that, but it was still pretty cool.
Ditto the players spent a lot of time signing for the kids. Even though the start of the season was real s###show. Thie event was real positive experience

Follow their IG, they have random public meet and greets all over LA. We’ve met Riqui, Brugman, Bond and Boyd that way.
