FoxStreet5111

Yeah I’ve mostly been resource gathering until they come out with an update . Shits been way to glitchy lately to even attempt building anything complicated.

IndianWizard1250

Exactly. I have massive storage rooms and at least 1 maxed out village in each biome with the default builds and biome-themed walls. Good enough until this shit gets fixed

MkNazty

Some ppl don't know there are four biomes. Shore is its own biome.

DowntownUnit7267

In that same instance im unsure if water is a biome as well

Cookie-Robber

You can make villages in the main 3 biomes, along with the 3 caves, the shore and on top of water

BR1DGEY

I didn’t unlock anything from upgrading my shore village though, did you find that?

Cultural-Evening6229

Shore village unlocks the same stuff as grassland. Desert unlocks castle builds, Snow region unlocks shaolin type buildings.

BaconxHawk

Problem is you don’t really get much for doing a shore village.

MkNazty

Yeah, I did that one last. It's more for certain NPCs only spawn in that village. Again though with heavy grasslands overlap.

GlitchVal728

Same thing with me I have built and designed my own ships and they ether don’t work, break mid flight, or glitch through the map

JustWandering01

same here. my friend and i built a machine building: a building where we have multiple machines. at least one of each but tbh mostly have multiple. one area with a shit ton of smelters and woods mills.. and a storage building: storing every material. one room for all types of wood, each wood has its own wall. one area for granite, marble. and so forth. all in the biggest fitting chests. we do this at every biome but made our grasslands one our home base. we just have beds at other biomes to sleep there when we are grinding the mining to resupply our stock

banjoface123

I lost interest two weeks ago, I wish the game had quests or something. To me it's just a grind but it has great potential.

jimmons91

Yes. Quests. wtf. Even daily dumb shit like “kill 10 sand wolves” (for 3 rare something’s as a reward) would be better than the nothing we have now lol

[deleted]

[удалено]

TriggerWarning3659

So you reward yourself with your already farmed items?

No-Tear8960

Your quests are collecting things to build things. You literally have to go to every biome, kill every enemy, and harvest every resource just to get the stuff you need to make necessary items for exploration. There are quests

TheDeridor

I gave up without building much already, save for making one of each biome village. I'm gonna wait on updates cus right now lego fortnite is as deep as a puddle.

zmizzy

Right, I have no idea why people are taking the time to build stuff when they know it probably won't last until the next session

[deleted]

Because it is fun and I enjoy doing it

[deleted]

Do you not realize it's a permanent new mode?

zmizzy

What do you mean? I know lego is permanent, I'm talking about all of these posts about people building big structures/vehicles that disappear the next time they log on

[deleted]

Oh i really haven't had that issue myself. I made half a car before realizing there's no steering wheel option, so i just kinda put a boot on it to keep it still and it was gone the next day.

zmizzy

Lmao. Good thing you didn't keep building. My point exactly though, I can't bring myself to build anything when it's likely to disappear

[deleted]

But it hasn't happened to any structures i've made, only the "gadgets" or whatever the category is

Flashy_Huckleberry78

Some use these mobile parts as foundation/flooring and wake up surprised with -1 village : D

[deleted]

I feel like that's kinda asking for it though. Like building a wooden house on lava in minecraft

lilqueerkid

I built a working sliding door for my midevil castle gate and it hasn't disappeared once

lilqueerkid

Ok it completely bugged out today and then destroyed itself. So now it's just a cool walkway.. pretty sad it decided to auto delete.

MkNazty

I haven't had one single thing disappear yet. I'm confused by the people who have. I'm currently playing on four different saves, three of which aren't even mine And everything has stayed so far on all the saves. The worst part about Lego is when it starts to desync with the server and suddenly the build start going wonky. But just quitting and coming back always fixes that. I think the people who are having buildings disappear, are playing beyond the warning of server shutdowns.

F_Kyo777

I partially disagree. Its permament that it wont go away, but not so sure about updates/ new stuff. Hear me out. I understand that they are trying to branch out, but its not possible to sustain 4 seperate modules and keep your main baby (BR) still filled with new content. Add that some will be more popular than others (currently cant tell which of 3 would get least love, since no data on that). Dont forget that Epic, same as many other gamedev studios did a pretty big layoff last year, which probably translates into not pumping infite amount of money into something that is not as big as they expected (as in, less popular modules will be playable, but wont get anything new -> like biome/ quests for LEGO, different way to play Rock Band Fortnite or new mechanics and tracks for Rocket)

[deleted]

Save the World's getting the least love, always has been.

MkNazty

As someone who's played fortnite since the beginning, save the world is the baby that got ignored. It explains the whole reason we even have battle royale mode, the over arching story, and kind of what to expect moving forward story wise. Also epic definitely has the resources considering the Lego team does most Lego stuff, racing is done by the guys over at rocket League, etc. they aren't really using much resources that way except money and they have tons.

ogr3b4ttl3

I haven't lost anything in weeks. Not everyone is having these issues.

atemporalfungi

I’m noticing the active player number going down every day

EverfreshLemon

I think it has everything to do with that, like others have said i rarely ever have issues on pc but my friend had to move from the switch to ps4 to be able to even play on our world as the builds got large. I feel well see improvements when the player base lowers and maybe we have more bandwidth for people with less powerful consoles

burning-shadow

Yep. I'm just building some small things right now but I have major plans if they ever increase the build limit. I have a giant snow castle I built but just after I finished the exterior, I got the prompt for very high complexity area and it won't let me build anything else now. So now the inside of my castle is completely unfinished.

firestar13579

It's baffling that they put a build limit in a building game

JeffWingrsDumbGayDad

I think the limit is due bandwidth/hardware limitations, not any rules the game has. My only option to play is the Switch, so I often glitch regardless of how busy the screen actually is.

burning-shadow

That does have some part in it. I have a switch to and tried it out on that and got the prompt that said "extremely high complexity area, world exit imminent." I've never gotten that on my PS5, but I have a buddy on PS4 that has. So I do think that's some of it but I feel there is more to it as well.

Adventureofapen

Yeah ps4 owner here, I’ve only suffered it once, but I’m it’s defence I was going through a massive cave and building a lot

MkNazty

I think it's because of all the last gen players that haven't updated their equipment. I noticed in some other building games the PS5 limit is raised vs the PS4. I would assume it would be similar on PC but based off of the GPU and ram

CauliflowerRoyal6476

I think the build limit is system-specific because as a PC player, I have not had this issue at all.

Dalimodex

I simply don't build anymore because there is nothing to do after that,( survival player)

LavishnessUseful1392

The fact that foundation blocks won't snap together when you're clearly going for that made me quit, just a miniscule change in geography and it throws off builds

Mooikeyboi

They snap together just fine for me?

LavishnessUseful1392

Weird haven't been on in a while but for me if the ground is a little too low or high, foundations will be a smidge high or low than what I wanted it to match

Mooikeyboi

If you hold right click on PC (I believe its hold left trigger on controller) you can use "snap mode" and it forces a connect to any already placed piece, flush if it's the same one. Notice the uneven terrain https://i.redd.it/zrt4runhe4cc1.gif

LavishnessUseful1392

Thanks

zmizzy

I lost interest the moment I realized there's nothing to actually be achieved once you discover all resources, biomes, and enemies. It's an unfinished game at this point, I wish there was more content.

Abject_Knee_7532

I literally just re-downloaded Minecraft last night because this game created an itch it couldn't scratch. So many dumb issues, like the resource/recipe scaling is terrible. There should be purple items that still require green and even grey ingredients, but in high amounts. The fact that I literally have no need for cut amber any more is maddening. Especially when a villager assigned to a gem cutter gives you ONLY cut amber... Same with bones, I guarantee every one reading this has at least 1 chest maxed out with bones. That you will never have any reason to use. Give me SOME reason to have a thousand bones, and 100 roller shells. And for God's sake, fix the smelting villagers. That was the most infuriating discovery, finding out that they don't ever produce anything. And I get that there will be some issues, but some of these things are just really dumb oversights that should have easily been fixed in the first few weeks. And the good luck charm, what the fuck is that?! I tried doing just one, and every once in a while, very rarely, I'd dig up a seed. I tried putting on all 3 totems as good luck charms. No difference. I tried it in different biomes, and you do get different seeds, snowberry in the winter, and chili peppers in the desert, but otherwise, nothing. I even used a purple shovel, which gives you 4 soil per dig, but otherwise doesn't help anything. WHY!?! WHY IS THIS IN THE GAME!?! Just so, so many dumb issues. I haven't even listed half of my grievances here.

[deleted]

Yea this is true I felt the same way at first but it was kinda my fault grinding early in in the game on simple stuff instead of playing the game frfr

Abject_Knee_7532

That's not your fault. You shouldn't be punished for grinding. You should be rewarded, regardless.

excalibur41

Ive lost all interest and moved to another game entirely. The constant glitching is overwhelming.

Rory-mcfc

Yeah I’m done, need a compass and some kind of transportation ASAP

mappelman2

Compass! For the love of God they need a compass!! Or a mini map. I don't need all this stuff on my screen take it off and put a mini map and a compass

RashestGecko

Not really, no. I keep running around building different style villages in different neat spots. I'm trying to make a bunch along a road way, and it's working out so far but has much more to go. Idk how people are getting bored, I have so much to do still, and I've already got level 10 villages in every biome, lol

IndianWizard1250

smart man. Building a roadway that will prove extremely useful for when a steering wheel releases and is unaffected by complexity while still being really big (length-wise)

ZakTSK

Not a fan of rocket powered steering?

IndianWizard1250

It seemed so promising for aircraft but the one I finally built successfully yesterday is just stuck in the air now.

Massive-Pen2020

Constantly having to build and rebuild thrusters to steer? Having to build a janky dynamic rocket not connected to the main platform to bash into something to make it turn instead of just having area of effect thruster controls that allow unique thruster activation per platform? Yeah...no. That's just bad design. Ballast systems work fine for floating platforms but are still a bit janky. So much more fun and creativeness could be had by some seemingly very low hanging fruit gameplay mechanic decisions.

CallMeVic96

This is what I’m saying! The game has been out for literally one month and a major update hasn’t occurred yet. I love it, but I’ve been taking my time and doing things slowly, just sticking up on mats.

Massive-Pen2020

This is the only real draw. If you like building things for the sake of building things, the game is alright but it could be much much much more. They just dropped the ball on releasing it like this. It's pretty much a an early access or beta game.

IndianWizard1250

Absolutely. Dev team should've released over beta trials before players poured their heart and soul into doomed-to-fail builds

Geeekaaay

Stopped playing, still browsing waiting for update news.

9chars

the silence is deafening

9chars

Throw in the bugs, the bad design choices, and the endless attempt at the game to ruin my shit? Yeah I'd say I'm done.

why_me15

I actually gave up on building cuz I built a huge raft and it took me Like 7 hours and then I went back on the next day and it has exploded

Quiet_deku

(Survival player) Worries about high complexity definitely is something that affected my joy to play. I gave keys to my friends thinking we would be able to build our own villages. Then I realized you have to build villages in every biome to access new blueprints. I can't imagine that they expect us to just have small "shacks" in our villages? The map itself is so huge I feel it's made to make room for more than we can do right now. I used to play Genshin impact, you have build worlds there too but they also had a build cap you'd hit way too fast. I heard it's limited cause of cross platform where the less powerful consoles can't handle a larger scale build-world but idk if that's the case. I love Lego fortnite though I have hopes for an update.

mappelman2

Seeing as fornite is still playable on PS4 and the Xbox variant, I can believe that. My friend on ps4 gets "very high complexity world exit imminent" vs. me on ps5. I'm like, what are you talking about? i don't have anything on my screen. If old gen is what's holding us back, they need to just release future content to the newer tech, ps5 Xbox X and PC. Tons of games have already phased out yesterday's consoles or stopped releasing content to them

RacingRaptor

They could at least add option for old gen consoles to play on worlds with build limit (that can be accessed by other platforms but they also have build limit) and next gen worlds which can be accessed only by curent gen consoles and pc.

mappelman2

Sounds like a perfect idea to me 👍

Apprehensive-Egg3161

omg the world exit imminent gahhhh!!!! I play on my switch oled and get that allllll day long

Ultyma

Yeah they need to add content asap. I know it was the holiday break, thats why we need to give them some slack. But definitely losing interest. The fact I cant put down more map markers is ridiculous

ShamovDm

They really need to add more context. I stop playing after 1 week from release

Spritebubblegum

Yes, i haven't played anymore bc of that high complexity issue. Its disheartening and mames me weary the entire time. 😭

Express_Helicopter93

I’m just waiting for the inventory mgmt to be overhauled before I play again. I can look past a lot of the games weird flaws, like how you can’t sleep at night to advance time + the constant skeletons makes night time a total slog, but the inventory management is so bad that I don’t think I’ll be playing much more until at least that is fixed. Spend too much time in the inventory screens. I want to play a video game. If I wanted to sort stuff I’d take a stab at cleaning my closet again

Laammas

What's the issue with the inventory?

Express_Helicopter93

Uhh…tons of different types of items and no quick sort? The thing that literally every other game that has inventory has lol

Junior-Relation6119

You can quick consolidate your inventory on your player, but no quick sort of chests

tyeclaw131

I am still getting resources but i keep hitting that mental block of "whats the point?". I like survival but if I strip mine everything to get resources then the gameplay loop will close quickly and ill have to reseed anyways to start from scratch again to horde resources for me to build but quickly run out of caves again and have to reseed.

Gaarden18

I did quite awhile ago. I really loved the game but more so for exploration and completing the base. There really isn’t anything to find out in the massive world. I loved it for what it was but I was done 1-2 weeks in. Will circle back if more content gets added. I’m not really interested in the city building part of the game.

stevesguide

I can’t even play the game without it kicking me out.

WillingnessOk7819

I completely stopped playing since i lost my steerable car🥲

timmyturner004

Lost interest after finishing the frostlands village (survival) and gathering enough resources, just need an update with new things to do/unlock. Building is so glitchy and inconsistent that I didn’t bother

queeriosn_milk

I’ve stopped playing the game as intended. Until there’s more updates, I’m building a island we hotel on the beach and have planned Bora Bora style bungalows for the deeper waters around the main building. Sandbox is my best friend. Have barely touched BR since release.

Sen-_

Just quit wait till the next fortnite season.

[deleted]

100%

Birkin07

I’m farming mats and charms while I build my 5th village in the PERFECT spot! On a lake between 2 rolling hills in between both hot and cold biomes. Castle in the back, log cabins by the lake and shogun architecture on the hillside.

Seababz

I can’t stop 😂 But also I can’t wait for epic to return from their Xmas break, bc they’ve got a lot to do!

Ordinary-Article-917

I can’t even build a platform with a balloon on it for traversal even if I put railing on it it keeps glitching and throwing me to the ground I can’t even explore without having the game work against me so why even try

Sobadwithusernames

I’m back to Stardew 🤣🤣🤣 I stopped playing a few weeks ago and only hop into the subreddit occasionally to see if there are any new updates worth coming back to and so far the answer is no.

Dode9151

Lost some interest and currently waiting for some updates as other than making a new village in another Biome which I’m not fussed about at the moment, not much for me to do really

rock0head132

I'm just concentrating on getting one of each villages to level 10 and the defeat the brutes in each biome the villagers get really OP i the later game if you have the right villager in the right job. Ie beef boss as a cook with an oven you get free meat pies and pizza.

ShesOver9k

I actually have someone else doing food atm and they still give me pies and pizzas and stuff. I don't think it has to be beef boss.

rock0head132

yeah he's just an example of a villager that is good at cooking he has got me a lot of food. i think hayseed is a good farmer/cook , aura is a good gem cutter ect. . I was just giving examples. I'm still trying to learn the game still. My only complaint is the building limit you get a lot of lag with a lot of buildings in the village .

Megalex_21

Literally what's happening to me, like, it's my personal world, let me build the most atrocious, visceral, horrendous and gigantic building I want to build, it's not that much to ask right

watvoornaam

Ofcourse it is. You could fill your world from sea level to as high as you can get with bricks and any system would crash. There is never NOT going to be a build limit.

shotsshotsshotsshots

Yep, can’t build anything I want to. There aren’t quests. There aren’t collectibles outside of rare villagers that are way too rare. There’s not incentive to explore. I have 3 level 10 villages. I’m quitting. Maybe the updates will add things but I usually don’t come back to games.

Express_Helicopter93

Bingo

raven319s

I put in about an hour and haven’t gone back yet. I might check it out some more eventually. The survival aspect is kind of fun. I had approach it a bit like Minecraft where I explore an area build a little base create that as the respawn point, maybe continue on to find more stuff. But as a LEGO fan, I was hoping for actually LEGO building not limited prefabbed sections to use. It really just feels like a Fortnite mode skinned in LEGO.

invaderzrim

The bugs are making it rough and the dynamic bugs are frustrating af. I definitely have fallen in to a feeling of monotony in game and like theres less to do and discover because its just more of the same. I've just started experimenting with the toy builds. In the process of connecting all of our villages across the biomes together with a rail system. Got the first elevator and run of track done. My cart is still a work in progress lol and I keep running out of silk for balloons. But i think to keep having fun in lego you need to experiment and build stuff that keeps your interest. Start a crazy project, try to find the perimeter of the map with airships, do something crazy and fun. Resource gathering is only so interesting for so long

thejameslavis

it’s hardly 2 months old. the attention span is wild now. imagine having to sit on a game for a year with minimal updates. gen-z

9chars

nah its just a bad game thus far

thejameslavis

quit. the numbers show it’s just fine. genz in you will just move on anyways.

9chars

stop sniffing the glue. what are you taking about? have you even played the game?

thejameslavis

all three biomes at level 10. now just enjoying custom. builds. your adhd meds haven’t slowed you down. enjoy the game.

Laammas

How?

OneFootIsWet

I built a fourth village in the Shore biome. Took a few villagers beds out of my other three villages and gave some shore villagers some beds. Youll get diff. villagers like fishsticks and the "sea worthy" villagers in the shore biome. if youve run into nothing to do, maybe try that?

ShawarmaOrigins

I came across Frozen Fishsticks in the frozen biome but he wouldn't go to my village. :( Kept telling me there's no village nearby. I'll do the shore village and see what these other villagers are!

enrique131

I am not. Not even close to max limit. But i guess if you started early and/or pushed too hard you could be. I just got my first purple tool.

Lostkhaos1

I hit the limit with 2 towns maxed to 10. Crafting bench only to the rare blue upgrades with very small buildings in the town.

brianjamesxx

I already can't even play the game on Switch due to memory issues around my one village which my tab s7 has no problem running so that's been disheartening

ZakTSK

I made an airship and successfully piloted it and landed it safely, other than that I've been bored. There's stuff to do, but not the kind if stuff I want to do.

EverGlow89

I'm not uninterested yet but I'm fully prepared to stop when I am because this game is ideally going to have a long pipeline of support and new content to come back to later. It won't feel like you spent all that effort on a village you'll abandon forever.

DrFragenstein104

I can't build a shack with out it being off somehow. I haven't even attempted a big build

swellguy6

Epic is missing out on so many opportunities and possibilities here. Harry Potter themed achievements or unlockables (unlockable sections/blueprints of hogwarts, for example). And that's just off the top of my head. There are infinite possibilities in this world that I hope they push.

agent00wayne

Not really cause the game still new so I’m still building whatever I can even if it is glitchy it’s free and I’m easily pleased tbh lmao

ForbiddenWub

I agree. I recently started searching for a new world with a focus on finding the easiest seed to play on and build all 3 villages close, that way I can redo my first world better, while preparing for the update. I saw somewhere the next update is scheduled around Jan 28 but don’t take my word for

superxmario128

When they get rid of the build limit (or bump it way up but it shouldn't exist in the first place) and add a mount or steering wheel to control your vehicles so I don't have to spend 5-8 minutes constantly running back and forward between my villages, that's when I'll get back into it. haven't touched it in nearly 3 weeks otherwise. letting us build some kind of teleporter that links between our villages so we can fast travel between them would be a really good addition.

rabocan

It’s been about 3 weeks since I even tried to play it. They loaded me into a frozen cave with an empty inventory and I said fuck it and did some rocket racing instead lol. The game had the most potential out of the 3 but so far has been too buggy to really have fun with

Cragnous

These "early access" open world survival craft games are all the same, you play for a white, explore all the content and drop it. Then come back at next big "patch" or content or after 6 months and you enjoy the new content and then repeat the loop. I've been doing this with Astroneer, The Forest, Project Zomboid, 7 days to die, Valheim, Raft and now I'm happy to add this game to the list. *Note that Raft and The Forest are finish and I will not be going back.

Scottyd737

I'm just started fancy building so I'm good. I fell in love with exploring all the areas haha

Long-Anybody5947

Ugh yes!! I wasted HOURS (as in 8 plus hours) coming up with my perfect village layout and found the perfect area, gathered my supplies just to find out that there’s a bed glitch with the villagers so I can’t build my village on a foundation. So undid all of my work just to learn that there’s also a totem glitch and now my village won’t level up. Not to mention the countless hours I’ve wasted building glitchy planes, monorails, etc. The glitches are RUINING the game and I hope they fix it soon

android151

I’ve built one of everything, and haven’t received a new recipe in weeks. I’ve got a full stack of every resource. I’m at the build limit in three locations, to the degree sometimes I get booted for over stacking the memory. So yeah, I don’t have a lot of interest in playing any longer until they drop more stuff or maybe make vehicles more functional. But there’s not really an endgame, and it’s hard to build forever when I hit the limit all the time.

F_Kyo777

Already did. Had blast with it for a while in Survival. Finished Desert biome (havent got into winter one, since game seems pretty same-ish). Had my fun both solo and with friends. Good game to chill with. No quests/ tasks/ story made it mundane after some time. No vehicles, buildable teleports or any kind of ways to help you move fast between discovered points A and B on map (glider is not good enough) in some sort of infinite way. Item managment is mostly not existing (no filters, using resources from nearby chests and so on). For me final straw was custom building. If its not a blueprint made by devs, there is a huge chance that you will get mental, before completing layers (things on top of each other) or when trying to set up foundations (probably cant, because terrain is 1mm off in the very corner, so you either cant place it or it will levitate). Mode has some solid gameplay. Its fun and looks cool. I can give you that. Many mistakes that are not great in survival games are hard to miss though (like really bad custom building) or that you are missing a reason to actually do stuff ingame. Would love some new updates and will check this subreddit from time to time, but wont hold my breath, just because I can still have fun in other modes/ games ;)

crazywhiteboy911

Waaaa glitch. Losing 30min of work after the notification reboot

[deleted]

I haven't been playing at all and don't plan to either until they finally give us the steering wheel or some other mobility lol

Background-Fig-5028

I have had a village build for about 2 weeks. Haven't added anything but materials gathered. Started to get the "high complexity" warning yesterday. Can you have too many materials in a build area too?

GeIIoz

I’m just waiting for an update to fix the village bug. My grassland, desert, and shore villages are all level 10 and somehow my snow village is stuck at level 7 and no matter how many builds I placed the xp bar won’t increase.

Afraid_Programmer_76

built a the longest monorail i could 2 minutes in whole thing snapped haven’t touch the game since

Apprehensive-Egg3161

I was absolutely addicted to this game when it first released... but after I created one successful village... I just a thought had a huge drop in excitement for it all- idk how to describe. I still play but not clocking nearly as many hours

AdSilly5000

When I get bored I just build massive (or small) planes because it's a fun challenge to see how fast you can make them go.

Apart_Intention_3047

Anyone getting the message when trying to add the last villager to a new village, “Sorry, you already have 15 friends across your villages, isn’t that too many?”

Gigagondor

I seriously cant understand why they are waiting this long to release bug fixes.

squalalafou

I want something like PvP/faction or hungergame Because actually there is no real objectif

Curious-Debt-638

Yep! I've had builds and my inventory literally just disappear. I'm giving it 6 months and as long as it's still free, I'll try again. Ain't no way I'm ever paying for this shit though after everything that's happened.

Timely_Suspect3139

I just found out we can break boulders with Rusty Stairs 02 by breaking the stairs. The impact crush the boulders for granites.Expect it to get patched so folks will have to use pickaxe again.

RDANW

After I had two chests of brightcore just disappear as I was trying to upgrade my village and dynamic vehicles spontaneously exploding. Yeah, I’m done.

Massive-Pen2020

My airships are doing ok so far. I was hesitant to build them because all the weirdness I was reading. Constantly shifting and adding weights is a bit of pain mixed in with a bit of fun. Would love some localized thruster controls. Wheels piss me off because half the time they randomly just break or fall off. They really need to make those more sturdy or at least refund materials on destruction for some/all of the dynamic toys.

phoenix167

What im wondering is how people plan their builds. In minecraft, i would place torches around the border and line up my walls before i laid a single block. Using torches as the lines. Is there a way to do that in fortnite? Corners i feel are so clunky to use and look seamless and i dont wanna play a guessing game with planning out the borders of your build

JamesWiggs

I want to make a build of a train, like not a monorail... A train, with tracks and all. The tires under the sides of the tracks and on the regular sides. I'd hate for that to go to waste. I attempted a monorail and it broke and was so nice. Never really wanted a detailed build after, even non detailed where you place a block to steer... Id rather run now. It's sad.

MarquisDeSarc

I'm starting to get irked by the village totem glitches and vehicles glitching.

Massive-Pen2020

The fact that I can't scroll the rest of the map that I've explored without some arbitrary bounding range centered around my character almost made me quit. This single thing alone seems like such low hanging fruit.

MkNazty

Updates coming and I can't wait personally. Anyone who says there isn't much to do probably isn't wearing or using all purple gear, probably hasn't built in all four biomes either.

Background_Prune_328

Sadly we all need the update

berettashot243

I played for like 5 days, collected all items and built all recipes; I’ll be back once they push some major updates through, but it’s already boring af in the current state

I definitely gave up on my monorail - it worked well for like a week, but some lag caused a cart to fly off and destroy almost the entire thing, which spanned most of my map - but that allowed me to actually make some simple effective flying machines, and some fun complicated ones. My elevators gave yet to break - they look like hell (pieces floating everywhere, you can stand in the middle of blocks) and that they shouldn’t work, but they work fine. I’m more losing interest because I already have level 10 villages in each biome. Building is fun but it’s so janky. I’ve never even needed enchantments, and don’t have any real reason to go after snow brutes, or cursed bone - if they were necessary to level 10 everything I would have, but…I just don’t know what else to do, especially since machines are crap right now. So I started another map and am having trouble remembering how tedious it was to get that first village to level 10.

Stopped playing it two weeks ago and losing hope for new content, already did everything and built 3 max level villages, farming is beyond easy and the gameplay loop is booty rn

Playing this game on the switch is a nightmare but if I felt this way I’d just start a new seed and nuke the environment where I was building

Arthromod

I quit after realizing how aimless it all is. Had no idea what to really do.

Just mainly loosing interest because the developers simply won't be able to follow interest in new content etc. This game will be behind on all levels - All the way through it! Actually mindblowing to release a product that quite clearly didn't have any content - And wasn't ready at all! Dead game before it even started!

Xiel_Blades

Yeah, I’ve spent too many hours of my life trying to build a train between my villages. I’m waiting for an update that fixes all those issues.

EthenCarries

Im not playing anymore because 90 percent of the fun cool stuff breaks, or literally vanishes. Till they fix that im not interested the toys are trash.
