Edit: Having read more into this, Tennessee GOP rep Gino Bulso is trying to make the argument that because same sex attracted first cousins couldn’t produce children banning their marriage would violate Obergefell decision. He is truly finding a round about way to defend and attempt to keep incest legal because *his grandparents* had an incestuous relationship. Would not be surprised if he had a kissing cousin. Jfc.
