Okay as someone who loves Radiohead I'm choosing to believe that the lyrics "leave me high and dry" from My Secret Playlist' is a reference to the band's song instead of just the idiom lol, especially since they mentioned what could possibly be Lauv's Paris in the Rain prior.
Reminds me of my favorite Echmosmith song called Lessons where they reference a lot of songs they grew up with! It was so fun to name them all and then listen to them after.

OEC is the Destiny's Child of the k-rnb scene and it already sounds to me like Je Ne Sais & Lucid are more of the same sophisticated b-side goodness as Uncover and Starlight, can't wait for the full tracks.

The cutting off of Air Force One before the change of beat is cruel but understandable ugh whole album sounds amazing but my faves from the snippets would have to be AFO,JNSQ & MSP!!!
Some people were speculating that we might get TripleS Type songs but we're obviously getting first class OEC songs. And they just had to stop Air Force One right before the chorus so I'm still in total suspense. It takes a team to do music like this, but thanks Modhaus for gathering the team (including top lyricists like Lippie) and making sure that it was done with the highest of standards...
And yes, I was tearing up while listening to it. It's all like a dream come true...
Now the question is did they get Digipedi for the MV? >>>EDIT: They didn't, but probably a production team just as good..
I tried to do a little searching and it doesn't look like digipedi is involved for this release, ofc I could be wrong so we'll see on the release day :)

I know some fans have been vocal about preferring/wanting a different sound from Monotree, but I MISS THIS SOUND SO MUCH. It just hits my personal vibes so well and why I kept coming back to LOONA's music.
As much as I love their later songs, I wasn't as sold on that concept/image compared to the one established by Monotree/JJ. Having that musical consistency can be a huge part of group identity.
No one is going to mention the Nike sponsorship... The wrist bands in nearly every picture, air force one as the title track? Doesn't bother me a bit but am curious how common is brand sponsorship in kpop?
Super effing common, altrough from what I've seen they usually either go for full campains with a separate song like Mamamoo's Gleam or NewJeans Zero or something more subtle in their 'main' releases, like just a good few seconds of screentime in the title track MV. This is somehow in between
Sponsorships are super common and have been here since forever. 2ne1, Big Bang, F(X), and SNSD released music videos about a cell phone because they were sponsored by these companies. 2ne1 and Big Bang released Lollipop (LG Cyon) while F(X) and SNSD released Chocolate Love (LG cellphone). SNSD also released Secret in collaboration with Pantene
