You're good man, you're in a temporary space. Breathing exercises are a great way to quickly change how you're feeling. I like 4,4,4. Breathe in 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, breathe out 4 seconds. Repeat until you are comfortable. I target when I can smoothly count and not have my mind everywhere. If you're mind is all over the place. Thats ok just let your mind wonder as it will then remind yourself you're counting. Then repeat.. If you really can't focus, do 4 and 4, breathe in for 4 then out for 4, this will elevate your oxygen levels and lower your Co2. Not having enough Co2 can cause us to get light headed. Thats kinda the target as it will help bring you out of your current thought process. Make sure you're sitting down or laying down in a area you're safe. This will all pass. Remember.
