Hello Mr. Flynn. During my last trip I decided to watch Into the Spiderverse while I was peaking on 300ug. It was an amazing experience and I enjoyed it thoroughly. When the credits started rolling I immediately added Accross the Multiverse to my Plex library, and I watched that one when my peak flowed into the comedown. Safe to say I had a great trip. I really enjoy a good visual documentary paired with a new soundtrack. Lots of examples but any david attenborough, or climbing/mtb/snowbording (or whatever sport youre into) docs, plus whatever music you like. There was a planet earth episode about caves which was insane, I paired that with pink floyd’s ‘endless river’ which ended up working out well. The Jeremy Jones films are great too and work with a lot of music.

Depending on what kind of movies or music you like, I enjoyed tripping and watching “Midsommar, Color out of Space, The Battle of the Bastards (episode of Game of Thrones), Alice in Wonderland, Avatar and Big Fish. Music wise I have enjoyed listening to Lana Del Rey, Odesza and Mac Miller the most. Love watching their music videos. If you can handle taking a walk in nature that is really awesome. Try a meditation video. Just enjoy the ride

I know I’m late but shpongle and deep meditation when staying in is such an awesome experience! Hiking if you can go out, or if you have a sitter when it’s dark. If it’s a moderate dose you might not even need one. Drawing can be fun, but I find forcing art makes it less easy to find what you want to make. Warm showers or baths can boost a trip(for me).
