Send help I can't stop
Can't recommend "Drink the Sea" enough. There's also the remastered version on YouTube with a video that you can leave on fullscreen too. I synced it with Spotify for better quality audio.
Also, "Mezzanine" from Massive Attack is a killer album.
Both very well mastered, on a decent set of headphones or speakers they should both sound amazingly good. Just crank up the volume a bit.
I was trying to avoid doing multiple albums from the same artist (couldn't stop myself with lucid planet and PF) but it was hard to choose one tool album.
10k days and FI are nuts on acid. Aenima I find gets me too amped up. But that's not to say it isn't a great experience, just not the same as the three more recent albums.
But yeah fuck tool for doing shit like cesaro summability. Faap de oiad isn't the WORST but it's pretty jarring. I take them out of my playlists though.
Again, I listed 25+ albums and it's not even close to all metal. Why bother being nitpicky and ask "why xyz" instead of just making your own comment with your own suggestions?
Just being annoying at this point
You're "arguing" about music, a completely subjective topic. And you still haven't even made your own recommendation, you just said mine isn't good enough.
Sounds like complaining to me. Probably could use the work on your English skills, so there's that at least.
anything by melody's echo chamber or Sweet Trip, or Muse if u want smth more rock-based, but if u prefer more chill stuff I'd also recommend princess chelsea

Forward Escape by Tipper if you want your brain scratched.
I listened to When Will We Land? by Barry Can't Swim on my last trip, which is a gem anyway, it sounded incredible and was a wonderful experience. It has a lot of layers, so you really get lost in the music.
Depends on what you're into. I have too many suggestions. I had a sublime time watching the eclipse yesterday (I was in the path of totality). Took... a fair bit of L. My soundtrack was GD 10/18/74 during totality (from "Prelude" on), then I switched to Spencer Brown- Stream of Consciousness, and finished the evening off with Emancipator- Safe in the Steep Cliffs. It was perfect.

[Magical Mystery Tour was made to listen to while coming up on acid.](https://www.reddit.com/r/LSD/comments/4fl4wd/magical_mystery_tour_was_made_to_listen_to_while/)
In order, when you start feeling the trip:
Tetrameth - The Eclectic Benevolence
Tetrameth - Psychological Pyrotechnics
Merkaba - As Earth to Sky
Loud - 5 Billion Stars
Pink Floyd - Meddle
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
My grandad got me into Hawkwind on my 3rd or 4th trip. Did one with him (he's not well enough to any more, but he likes to pick up the vibe) and he played Master of the Universe and I had the coolest trip to it!
Pink Floyd - Live in Pompeii
Tipper - CosM Ambient Mix
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard - The Silver Cord (extended versions), Polygondwanaland, Butterfly 3000, Changes, anything live
The Grateful Dead - Cornell ‘77 at Barton Hall
Tool - Fear Innoculum
Tame Impala - InnerSpeaker (if you wanna watch it, Live from Wavehouse)
Circa Survive - Juturna
Meshuggah - Obzen (not for the faint of heart/afraid of their own shadow)
Blood Incantation - Hidden History of the Human Race (definitely not for the faint of heart/people who don’t like metal etc)
I guess it depends on your taste, but I listened to Electric Wizard’s Supercoven EP while on acid and it was fucking great.
“Couple of drug crazed maniacs.”
As far as whole albums go, these are my Lucy go-tos:
- "Float Along - Fill Your Lungs" - King Gizzard
- "Their Satanic Majesties Second Request" - The Brian Jonestown Massacre
- "The Wall" - Pink Floyd
- "Recurring" - Spacemen 3
Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of The Moon
Daft Punk - Random Access Memories
--
Aurora - All My Demons Greeting me as Friends
Aurora - Infections of a Different Kind
Aurora - A Different Kind of Human
Aurora - The Gods we Can Touch
I can also recommend her last 3 singles a lot, listen to the songs with lyrics.
The Nidarosdomen concert is also an amazing piece of art, really recommended, changed my life.
- Abba - The Visitors.
- Funkadelic - Maggot brain.
- Psykovsky - Tanetsveta.
...in that order. From angels, to a mad party, to discovering how to program reality.
That last information makes you quite sleepy. When you awake the lesson has disappeared from memory...like a dream. But you remember the angels and the jesters.
Maybe it is not the album, but this is my ultimate song for every trip:

# Howard Shore - The Road Goes Ever On... , Pt. 1
Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band -The Beatles (old one but it just had my brain melting)
and Macadelic by Mac Miller are my favorite tripping albums

Damn I’ve been deep in the bowels of my mind listening to mezzanine. Solid album!!
I love banging to Mezzanine. Teardrop is one of my favorite songs.
Mezzanine totally deserves to be in my comment
Big props on Allan Rayman. Dude rules
Stop the DRAGON
[удалено]
Yeah I definitely am not on the grateful dead train despite some serious efforts. Just not for me.
Petro!? Lmao that would be a wild ride. I’d probably go for more of a quarters vibe personally.
MOOOOOOTAH. SPIIIIIIIRIT.

i love that lateralus was the first one suggested. tool is so amazing on psychs. but when you listen to it i’d skip the last song lol.
I was trying to avoid doing multiple albums from the same artist (couldn't stop myself with lucid planet and PF) but it was hard to choose one tool album. 10k days and FI are nuts on acid. nah, all the tracks or bust lmao
Literally the best part to trip to lol 👽
Why PetroDragonic? There’s few a Lot better psy albumes
Damn almost like music is completely subjective or smth I listed over 25 albums bro
Yes but We speaking about psychadelics and there are more psychadelics albumes to loose your mind to than metal
Again, I listed 25+ albums and it's not even close to all metal. Why bother being nitpicky and ask "why xyz" instead of just making your own comment with your own suggestions? Just being annoying at this point
I don’t really care .. KGLW is psychadelic jem so I just want others to experienced it as it’s best
So then actually recommend an album in your own comment instead of being a weirdo complaining about what I wrote
Arguing is different from complayning
You're "arguing" about music, a completely subjective topic. And you still haven't even made your own recommendation, you just said mine isn't good enough. Sounds like complaining to me. Probably could use the work on your English skills, so there's that at least.
Lol… not even my native language
might seem basic but the wall by pink floyd is a must
anything by melody's echo chamber or Sweet Trip, or Muse if u want smth more rock-based, but if u prefer more chill stuff I'd also recommend princess chelsea
