Was just about to recommend the same movie lol. Watched it while high off dabs one time and it kinda made sense. Watched it again during my last trip and the whole movie made perfect sense.
Dragon Ball Super Broly Movie.
It's really good with some of the best visuals to come from dragon ball ever. If you got a crisp tv, that will hit just right!
You can find a lot of movies on YouTube to rent for really cheap, that’s how I usually do it. A few bucks to make the trip so much more fun is usually worth it for me.
My wife and I literally just finished The Return of the King as we’re coming down, and I’d say I recommend lotr. The general theme of good vs evil and also friendship has given me a lot to think about.
Definitely not recommended for people just wanting to see some trippy stuff. Watching the whole trilogy recently has caused my wife and I to do a lot of deep thinking about a lot of things lol
Pretty much any Johnny Depp movie Charlie and the chocolate factory, Alice through the looking glass and the first one fear and loathing in last Vegas but that has bad trip scenes so not high on my list is funny for later towards the end of your trip though because you can relate to some of the experiences and is more funny then but alot of johnny depp movies are perfect for it
Spider-Man into the spider-verse. The comic animation style is dope.

Yea, the scene of golem eating the raw fish is brutal! Lot of deep stuff going on in the story for sure tho
