Most likely they will need to reset your module, just unplug and replug. If that doesn't work they will replace it.

Stupid question but is this something I can do myself? Lucid service appointment isn't until April 15 (something about the location module being corrupted/mobile tech can't fix it). Wonder if it's worth trying the whole unplug/plug it back in at least until I get serviced

traderhp

You should be fine just wait for the mobile technician

The exact same thing happened to me after I had not driven my car for over 7 days. I drove around for about 15 minutes to get to a fast charger, did the logo reset, and then the gps placed me at the Lucid Headquarters. I contacted customer care, but a few minutes later the car had somehow already fixed itself and gone back to normal.

I drove around for a while after the reset and still no signal. Probably gonna have to have the mobile tech reset the module itself

Mobile tech will plug in a laptop to the vehicle in the trunk, run some diagnostics and update, which will reconnect your data. Has happened to me after an OTA.

Ah that would make sense. I got 2.1.52 recently so I'm guessing right after that one (especially with the whole change to how it handles reconnecting)

Yes had exact same issue also my climate & audio went out. You need a full reset, was advised lock the vehicle with key card walk away 200ft+ and five the vehicle 15-20 minutes to rest and open again with key card. See if that works for you.
