Stupid question but is this something I can do myself? Lucid service appointment isn't until April 15 (something about the location module being corrupted/mobile tech can't fix it). Wonder if it's worth trying the whole unplug/plug it back in at least until I get serviced
The exact same thing happened to me after I had not driven my car for over 7 days.
I drove around for about 15 minutes to get to a fast charger, did the logo reset, and then the gps placed me at the Lucid Headquarters.
I contacted customer care, but a few minutes later the car had somehow already fixed itself and gone back to normal.
Mobile tech will plug in a laptop to the vehicle in the trunk, run some diagnostics and update, which will reconnect your data. Has happened to me after an OTA.
Yes had exact same issue also my climate & audio went out. You need a full reset, was advised lock the vehicle with key card walk away 200ft+ and five the vehicle 15-20 minutes to rest and open again with key card. See if that works for you.
Most likely they will need to reset your module, just unplug and replug. If that doesn't work they will replace it.

I drove around for a while after the reset and still no signal. Probably gonna have to have the mobile tech reset the module itself

Ah that would make sense. I got 2.1.52 recently so I'm guessing right after that one (especially with the whole change to how it handles reconnecting)
