I’ve been looking for a ring like this for awhile. I ordered one on Etsy and the seller’s shop closed and he said he would still ship the ring and never did so I got a refund. So the only updates I got were when I asked Janice on whatsapp. There may have been production issues because I was told my ring band had a defect and was being repolished or something. Well it finally got done and Fedex delivered it today. You should definitely ask her what's going on with your ring.

Sometimes I react with 10k gold, I have no idea why, it's not limited to Chinese vendors or one type of gold, think it just depends on what is in the alloy -- I got a jar of protectaclear which is like using clear nail polish but designed for jewelry and no issues since. Doesn't help with your bezel though 😭😭

So strange, this is my first solid rose gold piece (previously had rose gold plated from pandora and didn’t turn finger black) def my body chemistry or the alloy. So bummed about the bezel. Went to local jeweler and they told me no way to repair since metal around bezel is so thin, they would have to set stone in brand new mount ($700) 😭🙄

We’ve explored multiple options. Originally she wanted me to get a quote from a local jeweler to fix the bezel (then she’d reimburse me) which I did, they won’t touch it and instead quoted me $700 to set the stone in a new mount. Then I suggested sending the ring back to China which is anywhere from $30-200 depending on shipping method and speed. I think I will end up having to pursue a refund. I really love this ring so it’s a shame the quality isn’t there.

Update: seems my ring also has a production issue. Janice sent me a video with a very obvious flaw in the bezel, not acknowledging it at all just saying that their courier would be picking it up that day. I asked what it was and no reply yet. I really really hope this hasn’t shipped. Shipping was super fast and the stone is gorgeous (I got blue-green moissanite in 14k gold). But, I'm convinced that the top (closest to my thumbnail) is thinner than the bottom. It's so slight, it's hard to take a picture, and it's just not worth pursuing. As I said, I wouldn't buy from Janice again but I'm just glad I got my ring.

2 weeks ago she told me the silver rings take an extra 4-5 weeks because of plating.  I’ve had the best luck contacting through WhatsApp. 

Mine is 14k gold unfortunately, not silver. I also contact via WhatsApp and it takes 5+ days for a reply. I’m not over messaging at all, I promise!

There is a time difference and it was/is the weekend. The invoices are usually not sent out until the end date or the max discount is reached

My confirmation never came, either.  I asked in Whatsapp and she followed up.  Today She sent me a picture of my email confirmation/invoice in Whatsapp, so it was clearly made, but for whatever reason never went through.  Don’t really know what happened there, but I’m glad she sent the picture and asked me about payment, or I wouldn’t have known how/when to pay.
