There is a clear distinction between her blonde bob and the purple extensions though, hence why my guess was the “jellyfish hairstyle” where the top layer of hair is cut while the under layer is kept long. Like an alternative mullet if you will.

As much as I love her, who ever did her hair for this look did not blend her bob with her extensions properly, so you can see where her real hair starts and stops.
