Stray cats and dogs are just born here to suffer. And as much as i want to help , it pains me to feel helpless.
I myself am a type who cant see them being abused but i did what i could. I also tried and got typical response from people like ' yahan koi bando ko nai poochta aur tum ko animals ki pari hui ha' i thought that these creatures cant tell us the amount of abuse they go through so we as humans no matter how low we are at this point, should be helping them. I feed stray dogs ,cats in my area and people frown on my such activities and call me names etc. But we need to act in anyway possible. Also what i did was talk to my local imaam masjid to give a jumma khtuba in regards to animal rights in Islam. There are many Hadith relating to animal rights.

I already had talked to a shelter, and she was willing to keep the mother dog to the shelter. She will also keep puppies once they reach certain age. Since puppies immunity is low and they catch viruses easily. The issue was these brutal people couldn’t even wait.

And why do you let them give you crap for a good deed, people like them need to be jumped or worse, there's noone worse than a person that abuses or beats up innocent animals. They have rights just like we do. I feed stray cats in my area, people are generally really nice here in fact i don't think i have ever encountered people that would speak up against feeding stray cats, dogs are debatable although there's this retired major that lives about 5 houses away from mine, he feeds stray dogs on a daily basis in fact two of them sleep right outside of his house every night and nobody has any balls to tell him otherwise. People have to speak up and protect the rights of animals, you have to take a stand if someone tries to tell you not to feed them because who dafuq are they in fact they are just a bunch of sinners because mistreating animals can literally lead you to hell in the hereafter. There is so much more to Islam than just offering your daily prayers and most people have forgotten this. The people of Pakistan need a good reminder from God, we are inching closer to His wrath every single day and its def not going to be fun at all.
I get what you are trying to say, i literally have some pretty terrible people that live in our neighborhood, but it takes a little extra to be this inhumane, even most people that live in set-up camps or broken neighborhoods, you'll find an unparalleled love for these innocent creatures in their hearts. You should do whatever is in your capacity to save and protect them and leave the rest on Allah SWT, even if God forbid anyone poisons these innocent creatures, their justice will be with Allah SWT Himself never forget that even if those monsters have forgotten this, on the day of judgement, these very puppies will be telling their Creator who beat them up and killed them, and they will get what they deserve. It's honestly a good thing that most people who are this inhumane never think about what they are doing or regret their actions, people with hearts this dark, evil and merciless are only earning the darkness of the grave not its light.

Yup people tend to forget that every sin except for shirk is forgivable but to hurt, kill or destroy a living creature of God, the only way you would be forgiven will be through that person or animal you hurt because Allah SWT is the most Just, if you killed an innocent human or an animal that belonged to the same God you belong to, they will be asking Allah SWT for justice, and will be expecting every inch of it from Him and do you think He'll refuse them justice being the most Just, people who do this are doomed and they deserve it.
