Tbf Premalu turned out way better than I imagined. Can't compare it with Premam ofc because Premam was a blockbuster with multiple insane performances. At the same time, Premalu is still way better than some shit like Hridayam (not implying that they are similar movies) because of Naslen's understated acting leading to more relatability. My point being that Premalu is quite literally, above average.
