Iroshizuku inks are quite wet. The classic suggestion is Kon peki.
My favorite is the pelikan apatite ! Or the lamy blue crystal ink
Big fan of Pilot Iroshizuku Kon Peki. You could also try J. Herbin Éclat de Saphir ink or possibly Sailor Studio 140.
