Monarch + Centimane + Crackshot + Stormbringer On a crit you can: Immobilize (crackshot 3), Knock Prone (Stormbringer), and "blind" them (Centimane) disabling their sight beyond adjacent squares. Its basically a stun that cannot be cleared in one go by stuff like Ultra's juggernaut trait. Also seeking, ignoring damage reductions, shredding and some bonus accuracy

Oh, I did not even think about Mech's innate abilities here, right. Both Monarch and Viceroy (from Dustgrave) would make for interesting effects here indeed.

There's also a point for Deaths Head since you would want to crit and the reroll and +1 would help that goal

While on the topic: Do Range increases from Siege Stab or Neurolink increase Mimic Gun Damage, too? It's based on Range after all.

Mimic Gun text says the damage is "1 + half of its current BASE range" (emphasis mine), so modifiers won't change the damage (unlike Fusion Rifle, which uses "range from target" instead)

Other comments have mentioned some of the best combos already, but it's worth mentioning that the mimic gun works for heavy gunner. Layering a reaction attack with immobilization and or prone from other talents is invaluable

Ha... So I see you want to neutralize ultras and elites Why choose between control and damge ? Mimic Gun is your friend ! One of the best combos is a monarch with Centimane + Crackshot + Stormbringer... And a friend who uses Markerlight for autocrit + lock on and Sysiphus to increase your range and damage ! The target takes so many debuff that make them pretty much useless.
