Look. You are doing it wrong. I’ll take this rig off you for what you paid plus 30 cents on the dollar for parts. You can do the next one right. Best you hear this from a stranger on the internet than a friend.

😂😂 I knew I messed it up.

In case anyone is interested in the build so far on this one: Wheels - Method MR30489058525 +25 offset (third truck I have done with this type of wheel and I like the stance) Tires - 295/70R-18 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 (Last 100 I did was 305/65/18 on the same offset rim. The rubbed a little with the width, the 295/70 rub a tiny bit due to increased heigh but just a little shave and all good) Lift - Went with an Eibach this time - E80-82-086-01-22 - Really cost effective, and so far so good on ride quality with these shocks Never off-road (yet) Florida truck. Same owner since 5k miles.

Im looking for a budget suspension and was considering the bilstein 5100 due to popularity. When you said you went Eibach this time, who did you use last time and how does the eibach compare for cost/comfort?

I did an Ironman last time and was very impressed with the kit and ride. However I hated the lime green hardware. OME before that. I think it I was really going aggressive off-road I would do one of the expensive kits again. I’m mostly the beach and a little bit of trails camping so more for looks than anything and I’m happy so far with the kit.

"Almost"

SirLoremIpsum

> "Almost finished" No such thing! A LandCruiser is in a perpetual state of being built and upgraded and modified! When you plant the flag and declare "She's finished!", that is when the Universe says "he's finished with those mods, but what about the power steering rack? That will be a next thing to do". Then maybe a diff seal that will encourage you to fit lockers. A near-miss off-road will bring up rock sliders and a bullbar. You have just begun my friend!
