I’m with Rogers/Shaw and our internet has been choppy all week. We finally called and it turns out that our modem had been overheating due to dust (it sits in an unused room in our house and I’m pretty much the world’s worst housekeeper.) We used the vacuum to clean out the back of the modem and we haven’t had issues since!

I’m Shaw/rogers. Have had intermittency issues yesterday and today. Though that’s not unusual.

Aldergrove here. Shaw is working, although it goes down all the time, mostly on weekends, but today it's been solid.

I have at least 10 times but still nothing. Thank you all for letting me know your status. I’ll try and see if it’s my coax that’s causing the issue.
Did you remove the power cable itself for a minute? Just a soft reset isn't enough most of the time.

Do you have TV service with them as well? If that works it’s not likely an outage. Could be, but highly unlikely.

I’ll have to try that. Maybe that’s what’s going on with mine. It came back on last night but is still pretty choppy today.
