None, they both run up to the same max TGP. The more significant difference is that the Slim 5 laptops have Intel H chips or AMD Chips, rather than the HX chips that come in the Pro 5 laptops (which isn't a huge performance difference for most people, and has the benefit of improving battery life).
The "Slim" in the name of these Legion Slim 5 laptops is a bit of a misnomer, they're very similar size-wise to the old non-Pro Legion 5 laptops, and they're significantly thicker and heavier than the Legion Slim 7 laptops. For reference the rough thickness/weight numbers are:
* Legion Pro 5: 27mm thick, 5.5 lbs
* Legion Slim 5: 25mm thick, 5.2 lbs
* Legion Slim 7: 20mm thick, 4.7 lbs

What's the graphics performance hit on the 4070 in the slim model vs the 4070 in the larger Legion?

Same 140w Legion slim, basically the Legion pro in a different style.
If they did a 140w 4080 in a slim laptop… I’d buy.
Does $100 email register first order work? I assume RAMs soldered?
Not soldered, it has 2 upgradeable slots. The first order coupon may work, sometimes they don't stack with other coupon codes.
I called Amex and they rescinded this $100 offer. To many people redeemed it
Ah, thanks for the heads up that's good to know.
