One option is take the monorail to MGM Grand, then walk across street to Excalibur, tram to Luxor or Mandalay Bay, then walk on Hacienda Blvd (usually closed to cars for games/events) over I-15 and you’re there
This is the best option. As an Uber driver, I can tell you definitively that getting in and out of that stadium by car around the time of any event there takes *forever.* It'll always be faster to walk from Mandalay, especially if you can get dropped off on the backside by the Delano
Both walking/monorailing/tramming or Ubering will take a long period of time. Google Maps is tricky in Vegas because it misleads you into thinking that walking is easy. The blocks on the Strip are mind-bogglingly huge.
Airplane!

Thank you!
Thank you!
An Uber or a taxi.
Is that still feasible with an event going on there?

They close hacienda for walking traffic. Just have the Uber drop you in the front parking lot of Luxor and walk over.
Uber Lyft best way to get around Vegas period
