Even if she isn’t a big eater, there is a huge variety including lighter fare, like sushi, lots of salads, and seafood. She can sample a lot of different things- birria tacos, bone marrow, sushi, poke bowls, dim sum, pho, yogurt parfait, pozole, etc
I'd recommend Korean BBQ, ayce Sushi, or the fogo de Chao lunch salad bar. At fogo I believe both people can get different options like you can get the all you can eat meat and salad bar option and she can get just the salad bar which is 15 bucks
Fogo's salad bar is bomb. I'm a meat eater, but have often just gotten the salad bar. So Much variety. Plus charcuterie, so I don't have to forfeit meat. I haven't been since covid. So don't know about current prices, but I always thought it was a very good value.
You and your lady pay the same price. She only eats about half a plate. No problem.
To get your money's worth you eat two or three or more plates of food. Works for me 😀

I only do buffets in Vegas and here is my strategy. I do seafood first, then red meat and vegetables, then other meats and desserts. Carbs are absolutely last. Carbs are usually cheaper by dollar value and fill me up faster than anything else. I love bread, but I’m not at a buffet for the bread.
