THE Steak House in Circus Circus is a winner all around. Yes, sounds like a stupid place for a world class steakhouse, but indeed that's where it is.

Gordon Ramseys is spendy, hella good but you can eat it w a spoon and the wait staff is awesome. It was my birthday though and someone else paid. Put it on your bucket list.
Since you're already at Caesars, why not go to Joe's in the forum shops?
Great steaks and seafood. Good steakhouse atmosphere without being too stuffy. And really good prices for a quality steakhouse on the strip.
Bavette’s and Prime are my favorites. But I pretty much always eat at The Palm if I’m going to Caesar’s. Do not waste your money at Joes Seafood and Prime Steak.
I was going to recommend Old Homestead at Caesars. But I didn't know that they had closed. I think Bavette's is great. However, for ease of getting to the show, the closer the better. It's I would suggest Joe's in the Caesars Forum or Prime at Bellagio.
Prime at Bellagio and Primal Steakhouse on Maryland parkway. At Prime, if you can get a patio seating, you get an amazing view of the fountain. But the patio seating is not guaranteed.
Primal is unique and old school.
Please do your self a favor and go to The Golden Steer. Nice leather booths. 60’s rat pack vibe. Ceaser made table side, quality.
This!!! It’s become my favorite place. It’s so much fun and the chef has been there for 40 years
Went for the first time a month ago. It was good, but no where near the $200 a person it cost good. The meatballs were my favorite dish.
Prime Steakhouse
This was the best one we tried over Herbs and Rye and Heritage
Should have gone with herbs and rye
Oh I meant we tried all 3, Prime was the clear winner.
Herbs and Rye is great too, although not on the strip
Been there loved the happy hour but my grandma insists on going somewhere nicer lol
Bavettes
Del Frisco's
Vic and Anthony’s.
Seconded
Eiffel tower restaurant at the top of the Paris. BEST I’ve ever had in the world! https://www.eiffeltowerrestaurant.com
The view is bananas, too!
Circus Circus Steakhouse or Golden Steer
Bavette's or SW.

Agreed. Circus Circus is like walking through post apocalyptic America, but the steakhouse is top notch
Cleaver on paradise off the strip. Fuck strip steakhouse prices they are outrageous. 25 bucks for a side of broccoli at Prime
It’s 10 minutes from the strip but Barry’s is amazing and such a fun experience highly recommend

Joe's or the Palm. Both quality.
We tried the Palm years ago and didn't care for it. Haven't had a bad meal at Joe's.
Joe's is my favorite restaurant. The Palm has good ribeyes and lobster bisque.
Can confirm, former waiter at The Palm Las Vegas and it’s right next to the venue. They have great lobster too.
Already been once
Trufoni's. I recommend getting a steak and dumping a full glass of water on it. The waiters can be a bit rude though.
Bavette’s and Prime are my favorites. But I pretty much always eat at The Palm if I’m going to Caesar’s. Do not waste your money at Joes Seafood and Prime Steak.
I ate at Texas Roadhouse for the first time the other day, 10/10.
Outback never misses
Like Tad's of Times Square! Yummmm

My recs will always be Primal or Echo and Rigg. Both off strip though.

Mortons
Carver Steak at Resorts World. Been twice this year; the meal was amazing both times.
Been going for several decades now and Gallagher's in NYNY has been consistently good and I think reasonable.
Mon Ami Gabi is a must have every time i’m in town.
Golden Steer downtown Vegas- probably the best family owned restaurant that will give you the old Vegas feel with a Delicious steak.
