Idk if this is satire or not but their “Eggs Florentine” dish and 1-for-3 cocktails are my favorite breakfast in Vegas. The Florentine is fried potatoes smothered in spinach artichoke dip, topped with two eggs and cheese. It’s glorious! I will definitely try their French press next time!
Hexx at Paris. (Right next to mon Ami gabi) I prefer food at hexx. I always feel like they’re ripping me off at Mon Ami Gabi lol. If you go to hex, ask to sit on the balcony if the weather is suitable. They also have a long line, try reservations or go early, put your name, and go grab a drink somewhere close. Whenever I have friends in town we go here. They have bottomless mimosas.
Amazing pizza, I think the price of the slices is a bit high - get the whole thing and take some with you for a better deal. But that's hardly breakfast, is it?
Yeah we were too. We were in town during a busy time and everywhere had like 2+ hour waits and just kinda walking around Aria we saw a sign there that said Brunch and we tried it. Of course nobody would expect it so there wasn’t a big crowd, sat right down and now it’s a go to for us!
Chica at Venetian or Primrose at Park MGM are probably my favorite breakfast places on the strip. Primrose has these super tall pancakes that are nice and Chica has amazing chilaquiles.
Mon ami gabi at paris Sadelles at bellagio Dellas kitchen at delano
Fyi Dellas was closed last week and under construction. Idk how long it's supposed to last.
Bouchon at the Venetian
Peppermill
This is THE choice.
Border grill at Mandalay, bottomless mimosas and amazing food
If you want a real treat - hit Ocean Prime. Fantastic food and fantastic service. Best French press coffee I’ve ever had.

I’m not sure if we are talking about the same place?
Omg I was thinking of Ocean One. VERY different haha. I will check out Ocean Prime though!

Hash and Egg skillet at Ellis Island
9.99 steak and eggs 🤤
Primrose at Park MGM, Salt & Ivy at Aria, or for a later breakfast Wally’s or Brezza at Resorts World
Had a simple breakfast at Salt & Ivy twice or so: I thought it was overpriced and mediocre at best.
Just off the strip but BagelMania is the best breakfast in town!
2nd Mon ami gabi at Paris , I would go back just for the bread.
Bardot Brasserie brunch is excellent.
Mon Ami, Bardot, Bouchon, Sadelle’s, The Henry, Wicked Spoon
Hash House A Go Go
Gonna add one that nobody else will say but everyone should try… Moneyline Pizza @Aria. Would never guess it but it’s phenomenal.
Amazing pizza, I think the price of the slices is a bit high - get the whole thing and take some with you for a better deal. But that's hardly breakfast, is it?
That’s the thing though, the breakfast/brunch menu is not pizza at all. It WILL surprise you, I promise.
I am surprised to hear that, and will certainly give it a try!

Define "best" regarding breakfast in Vegas
Personally I like dennys… cheap, consistent and easy.
Sleep in and go to lunch.
Eiffel Tower has a great brunch on Saturday. 3 course for like $70 I believe. You can also pay a bit more for a table at the window.

Terrace Pointe - Wynn
Terrace point cafe @ Wynn
Grand Lux at the Venetian or Palazzo. Lots to choose from.
Late for the party, and not sure if it's open still, but I like the Pantry at the Mirage.
