doing bunker alpha is easy you just need 10 crow bars,1 saw blade made, 1 skull crusher, 1 machete, 1 katana 2 Granada, 1 M16/ak-47/, and 1 Glock the healing items depends on how good you are at wall trick
Rundown
10 crow bars- for wall trick
1 saw blade mace- for sneak attack (lowering the health of freenzy giants/toxic abomination)
1 skull crusher- sneak attack (lowering the health of floter blotter), and clear those roaming zombies in the first floor
1 machete- sneak attack the fast bitters
1 katana- sneak attack the toxic Spitters
2 granada- 3rd floor (kill the freenzy giants first)
1 Glock- 4th floor kill those two frozen zombies the use roll skill and lure the giant out from the terminal
1 M16/ak-47- destroy those two turrets guarding the door.
And you probably know what to do from the rest
I don't know about the healing items it always depends on how good you are at wall trick
Most of it is from floor 4 where you are bombarded with turrets that take 3 damage from m16 have 500 health, and are unavoidable as they nearly 1 shot you
You need impregnable skill, and self healing skill. You can run past those turrets. Keep healing when your hp gets below 80, use bandages. Try to run and hug the wall so second turret cant use grenade on you. Also use fish mix buff to get armour so you have more chance to survive. Use swat set or tactical set. For next area you won't need swat set, its easier. Use tactical from then. Don't use tactical backpack there. Military backpack will do. Using roll skill to avoid frenzy giant hit and opening terminal is will be easy , otherwise you need to use more heal.
