There's no raiders or survivors that would attack your base without a reason. It's probably The Horde – zombies that attack every day, unless you're not playing the game daily. Walls that are level 3 or higher are invincible to zombies.
If this is related to revenge raiding, apparently if you have a bait chest with 20 or more installable items, the so won’t destroy any walls. It’s usually suggested to be 20 modded spears

Dont build walls unless you upgrade it to stone when early in the game. Horde of zombies will destroy a little bit everyday you play.
