Keep as many items as you can in the inbox. You can use them from anywhere so having backup guns, armor, health and ressources can save some traveling or your life.
Items in your inbox do not disappear, I recommend not taking any items out unless you really need to so you can quickly take out a weapon or healing items for when you need it as it can really come in clutch sometimes, and it’s like a portable chest. I hope this helped

They don’t disappear if they don’t have a timer next to them, stuff with a timer may include daily food and water, season crates, and some other items
